We're Phunk Creative, a design and web agency based at Salts Mill in Saltaire, UK. We're a Webflow Professional Partner and we build sites for B2B SaaS, legal and professional services clients across the UK and US.

We're looking for a mid to senior UI/UX designer to join us on a long-term contract, working full-time hours with our team in the UK.

What you'll do

• Design website pages in Figma, built properly for handoff to Webflow development
• Work from briefs, wireframes and brand guidelines through to final high-fidelity design
• Build and maintain design systems: components, variables, typography and spacing scales
• Design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints
• Work directly with our Webflow developers, answering questions during the build
• Take feedback from our design lead and from clients, and iterate quickly
•

What we need from you

• 3+ years designing websites and digital products
• Strong Figma skills. You must be confident with auto layout, components and variants, and variables. We will test this.
• You structure files so a developer can build from them without guessing
• You understand how web layouts actually work: grids, breakpoints, states, constraints
• A portfolio of live website work, or final figma files
• Upper-Intermediate English or better. You'll speak with our team daily.
• Reliable working setup, including a backup power and internet plan

Portfolio is mandatory

You must include a link to your portfolio or a PDF of your work. Applications without one will not be reviewed. We won't ask you for it afterwards, so please include it when you apply.

If your best work is under NDA, send what you can share and describe the rest.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Webflow experience, even basic
• Brand and identity design
• Motion and interaction design
• Experience working with UK or US clients

What we offer

• Long-term contract, full-time hours, fully remote
• Monthly payment in USD
• UK working hours, roughly 9am to 5:00pm
• Real client projects with proper budgets, we do not do template work
• Direct working relationship with the founders

How to apply

Send your portfolio link and a short note telling us which project in it you're most proud of and why.

Codebridge is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to own the user experience of a UK insurance technology product. We want a designer who ships — someone who designs a flow and then builds it in React, and who can hold a design system together across channels we don't control. The product is already in production with a major carrier, and most of the customer experience happens inside an AI assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the end-user experience in every channel the product appears in, AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude included.
• Create and maintain a shared set of interaction patterns, so that a journey built once behaves identically wherever it runs.
• Establish and safeguard the design system: tokens, per-insurer theming, accessibility, and the limits of environments we don't own.
• Treat disclosures, consent, confirmation and hand-off as part of the journey itself, so that regulatory requirements read as good product.
• Work with engineering on the conversational layer — tone, turn structure, and the testing that proves it holds up.
• Take charge of the insurer-facing console: setup, monitoring, and the audit trail a regulated business depends on.

• Prototype quickly, validate with real users and real insurers, and convert those findings into released product.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product or interaction design, with shipped work you can talk through from problem to release.
• You design in code — confident maintaining a React/TypeScript component library in production rather than passing mockups to someone else.
• A portfolio of intricate, high-stakes journeys in fintech, insurance, healthcare or a comparable field, where a user mistake is costly.
• Deep design-systems expertise: tokens, theming, accessibility, and the rigour of designing for platforms and limitations outside your control.
• Hands-on work with conversational or AI-native interfaces, plus a clear point of view on when chat is the wrong format.
• Systems thinking — you shape a journey as a set of reusable building blocks rather than a sequence of screens.
• Ownership and a responsible mindset, focused on outcomes.
• Advanced English or higher.
• An insurance background is a plus but not a must — we provide the domain context.

You don't need to tick every box. We're interested in people who are excited by the problem and bring most of the experience described above.

We Offer:

• Product Ownership: You set how the product looks and behaves, and own those design decisions end to end
• Short Decision Path: A small, experienced team with no layers to clear — you decide and move
• Early-Team Equity: You join among the first people on the product, with a meaningful equity share from day one
• Generous Time Off: 20 paid vacation days + 15 sick leave days annually
• Professional Growth: Compensation for courses, certifications, and learning resources
• Cutting-Edge Tools: Access to premium AI tools (Cursor Pro, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

Hiring Process:

1. HR interview
2. Technical / final interview
3. Client stage

• Showing reliability and delivering high-quality work within reasonable timeframes
• Ability to plan and structure large tasks

We are looking for a trainee who is obsessed with the intersection of Design and Technology. We need a self-motivated person who wants to redefine the design process by using AI to build high-utility interfaces for internal automations, custom software, and complex business tools.

You shouldn't fear that AI will take your job; you should be the one who uses AI to do the work of three people. You will learn to design not just "pretty screens," but functional systems that solve real business problems in finance, HR, and operations.

We do not expect you to know all of that from day one, but you will learn a lot. Expect to contribute to real company needs from the first month. You will work closely with an experienced UX/UI designer. One of your goals will be to help offload part of her workload, so she is interested in transferring a lot of knowledge to you.

Your Design & AI Stack

— AI-Native Workflow: Integrating Claude, Stitch and other similar tools for rapid ideation and asset generation.
— Technical Context: You will use Claude Code and Storybook to understand and tweak the front-end (HTML/CSS logic) so your designs are developer-ready.
— Figma: Our secondary canvas for style exploration.

Requirements for the candidateMust have

— AI-Native Mindset. You already use AI in your daily life and are eager to master "Prompt Engineering" for design.
— Technical Savvy. You understand the logic of web interfaces (DOM, styles, components). You know that a design is only good if it can be built.
— Design Fundamentals. A strong eye for typography, grids, hierarchy, and whitespace. You can distinguish between a "hallucinated" AI layout and a functional UI.
— High Research Ability. You can "Google" or "Prompt" your way out of any technical roadblock.
— English. You are comfortable watching a 20-minute technical tutorial in English and applying the knowledge immediately.

Will be a plus

— Experience with Claude Code, Stitch, or Cursor.
— Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML or how components work in React/Tailwind.

We are looking for a long-term partner, not just a temporary intern.

We value people who are smart, clever, and love what they do. If you are ready to learn faster than everyone else, we want to meet you.

About Flamingo

Flamingo is building an AI-native platform for MSPs. OpenFrame is one system for running an entire MSP: everything from managing and securing devices to handling tickets and clients, with AI agents woven through the whole platform. Fae handles client-facing support, Mingo works alongside technicians and can take action across the product. It is a large, fast-growing system used daily by technical people.

We are looking for a designer who is exceptional at the craft: turning planned features into thoughtful flows and polished, production-ready interfaces at a high pace. You will work closely with the whole team, shaping direction and priorities together. Your job is to work out the details, make them real, and make them excellent.

What you will do

• Design features across OpenFrame end to end: think through the flow, then bring it to the screen. Tables, detail pages, settings, dashboards, agent interactions.
• Work within and extend our living design system. Consistency across a large product is a core part of the job.
• Bring screens to a truly finished state: every state, every edge case, every empty state and error, checked and ready for handoff.
• Design for a technical audience: MSP admins and technicians who live in device lists, alerts, and logs. Density and clarity matter more than decoration.
• Collaborate directly with engineers in a fast, low-process environment.

What we expect

• 3+ years in UI/UX design, ideally on complex B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy products.
• Portfolio that shows craft: pixel-level attention, strong typography and layout in dense interfaces, consistent component work. We will look at the details.
• Strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout, working cleanly inside an existing design system.
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools: prompting, iterating, knowing where AI accelerates the work and where it falls short. AI is part of our product and our daily workflow, so this is not optional.
• Speed with quality. You deliver finished screens, not drafts that need another pass.
• Self-management: you plan your own work, flag blockers early, and deliver without being chased.
• English sufficient for working with UI copy and specs.

Nice to have

• Experience with admin panels, monitoring tools, or developer-facing products.
• Interest in growing toward product design: understanding flows, domain logic, and why screens are the way they are. There is room to grow into that here.
• Frontend awareness (what is cheap vs expensive to build).

About the test task
We include a small test task. Using AI tools is welcome, we use them ourselves. What we evaluate is the final result: craft, attention to detail, and whether the work is brought to a genuinely finished state. AI can help you get there faster, but the quality bar stays the same.

Why Join Flamingo?

• Craft-first role: Your screens ship. Fast feedback loop, direct impact on a product used daily by technical teams.
• Innovative Tech Stack: Work with cutting-edge open-source technologies in AI, automation, and security.
• Remote-first Culture: Flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a top-tier team.
• Mission-Driven Company: Join a team passionate about disrupting the MSP industry and making enterprise-grade security and IT automation accessible to all.

UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create engaging designs for digital products and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop their skills, and work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and marketing materials
• Design social media graphics, banners, and promotional content
• Assist with UI elements for digital products
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
• Prepare design files for developers

Requirements

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Portfolio showcasing design work (personal or academic projects are welcome)
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Experience designing web or mobile interfaces
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

What We Offer

• Opportunities for professional growth
• A creative and supportive team
• Competitive salary based on experience
• Ongoing learning and development
