UX Designer

On behalf of our reputable client, we’re looking for a world-class Lead Designer to help shape a growing SaaS product. You’ll lead projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with engineering & clients. We expect a broad range of design skills and exceptional taste. You’ll join a profitably growing and ambitious team of 25 people!

Your work will have a large impact. We have about 10K daily active users on our mobile and web apps. They manage expense claims, payroll data, time tracking and corporate card usage — all while getting real-time insights into their spending. Our goal is to minimize the time needed for financial reporting and deliver an exceptional user experience.

You’ll get the best of both worlds: the stability of a larger group (700+ people) with the agility and culture of a small, nimble product team of 25.

What we’re looking for

• A track record of working in high-performing startup environments.
• A portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users.
• Talent for simplifying complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences.
• Strong prototyping abilities with emphasis on clear visual communication.
• Outstanding command of visual design, UI patterns and interaction principles.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
• Bonus: Experience in Fintech or B2B SaaS.
