Digital Designer - Web, Brand UI/UX
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Designer to support our client across website design, brand and marketing assets, UI/UX work, and professional report/document layouts.
The role is best suited to someone with strong visual design skills, good practical UX judgement, and the ability to create polished, consistent materials across web pages, campaigns, Word reports, presentations, and digital interfaces.
The candidate should be comfortable working directly in modern website and design tools such as Wix, Framer, WordPress, and Figma, and should be familiar with using AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar tools to speed up ideation, layout exploration, content adaptation, and design production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website pages, landing pages, and digital customer journeys.
- Build or update website pages using tools such as Wix, Framer, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Improve website layout, navigation, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and usability.
- Create brand and marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, social graphics, email visuals, campaign assets, and sales collateral.
- Maintain consistent use of typography, colour, layout, imagery, iconography, and spacing across Anstar materials.
- Design professional Microsoft Word report templates, proposals, summaries, and client-facing document layouts.
- Create reusable templates that non-designers can use without easily breaking the layout.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma for website features, forms, interfaces, or other digital touchpoints.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, moodboards, layout exploration, content adaptation, image generation, and faster design iteration.
- Work with developers, agencies, Marketing, IT, and commercial teams to ensure design work is implemented accurately.
- Review live pages, documents, and assets for visual quality, consistency, and usability.
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio covering website design, brand design, and digital assets.
- Strong Figma experience.
- Experience working with at least one website builder or CMS, such as Wix, Framer, WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally InDesign.
- Strong typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Experience designing landing pages and responsive web layouts.
- Microsoft Word layout/template experience.
- Ability to design polished reports, proposals, presentations, and long-form documents.
- Good practical understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design or productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
- Ability to work with developers or agencies and provide clear design feedback.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Strong Wix, Framer, WordPress, or Webflow implementation experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS awareness.
- PowerPoint template design.
- Motion graphics or light video editing.
- Experience using AI tools for design research, rapid prototyping, image generation, copy adaptation, or design QA.
- B2B website or technical-sector design experience.

What This Role Is Not
This is not primarily an operations, procurement, CRM, ClickUp workflow, or business systems design role. The main focus is creative and digital design across web, brand, UI/UX, and document/report layout.
