Trainee UX/UI engineer

We are looking for a trainee who is obsessed with the intersection of Design and Technology. We need a self-motivated person who wants to redefine the design process by using AI to build high-utility interfaces for internal automations, custom software, and complex business tools.

You shouldn't fear that AI will take your job; you should be the one who uses AI to do the work of three people. You will learn to design not just "pretty screens," but functional systems that solve real business problems in finance, HR, and operations.

We do not expect you to know all of that from day one, but you will learn a lot. Expect to contribute to real company needs from the first month. You will work closely with an experienced UX/UI designer. One of your goals will be to help offload part of her workload, so she is interested in transferring a lot of knowledge to you.

Your Design & AI Stack

— AI-Native Workflow: Integrating Claude, Stitch and other similar tools for rapid ideation and asset generation.
— Technical Context: You will use Claude Code and Storybook to understand and tweak the front-end (HTML/CSS logic) so your designs are developer-ready.
— Figma: Our secondary canvas for style exploration.

Requirements for the candidateMust have

— AI-Native Mindset. You already use AI in your daily life and are eager to master "Prompt Engineering" for design.
— Technical Savvy. You understand the logic of web interfaces (DOM, styles, components). You know that a design is only good if it can be built.
— Design Fundamentals. A strong eye for typography, grids, hierarchy, and whitespace. You can distinguish between a "hallucinated" AI layout and a functional UI.
— High Research Ability. You can "Google" or "Prompt" your way out of any technical roadblock.
— English. You are comfortable watching a 20-minute technical tutorial in English and applying the knowledge immediately.

Will be a plus

— Experience with Claude Code, Stitch, or Cursor.
— Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML or how components work in React/Tailwind.
