Requirements

• Professional Experience: 8+ years of expertise in software test automation and quality engineering.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, including Vue (2 & 3), NodeJS, Python-based services, and multi-region architectures.
• Automation Expertise: Expert knowledge of Vitest and Playwright, with significant experience maintaining or migrating from Selenium.
• Regulated Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of delivering software within a regulated framework (e.g., medical devices or healthcare) is highly preferred.
• Performance Testing: Practical experience in load and stress testing to ensure platform stability.
• Communication & Mobility: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the flexibility to travel to Poland for on-site collaboration when required.

Job responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy, encompassing regression coverage, CI gating, and overall quality standards for the engineering team.
• Framework Modernization: Lead the technical evolution of the testing suite, transitioning from legacy Selenium environments to modern frameworks such as Vitest and Playwright.
• Performance Engineering: Establish performance baselines and manage load testing initiatives utilizing tools like Grafana k6.
• Quality Governance: Set the quality bar for all production-touching changes, ensuring that all deliverables pass strict internal review gates.
• Business Travel: Undertake periodic business trips to Poland as needed to facilitate team coordination, stakeholder alignment, and project planning.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance on code reviews and quality standards for the engineering bench to ensure a high level of execution.

Requirements:

3+ years of software testing experience;

1+ year QA Automation(backend) using Python, 1 year of manual testing experience;

Strong L2/L3 networking expertise;

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;

Experience with testing of networks and embedded systems;

Good knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting;

Solid knowledge of Python;

Experience with Python test frameworks (PyTest, etc.);

Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English;

BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering degree.

This is not a traditional automation role focused only on implementation. You will shape the engagement model, establish scalable testing processes, define AI-driven quality engineering principles, and evolve a reusable Playwright + TypeScript framework used across multiple client environments.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders, helping organizations adopt AI-augmented testing practices while ensuring technical quality, operational efficiency, and sustainable delivery models.

Responsibilities:

Process & Solution Establishment

• Define and evolve the engagement model for AI-native test automation initiatives
• Adapt and extend the universal rule and skill system for different client environments

We're looking for a Data QA Engineer to join our data engineering team and own quality across our data platform. You'll work closely with backend, analytics, and product teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data flowing through our OLTP and OLAP systems.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in data lineages, writes SQL fluently, and cares deeply about building automated test coverage that scales with a complex, microservice-driven product.

Responsibilities for a QA Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for data pipelines and transformations (Python + testing frameworks)
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity across RDS and OLAP systems
• Trace data lineages to identify root causes of data quality issues across multiple services and teams

- Проведення комплексного тестування програмних продуктів (Web та Backend)

Основні вимоги:

- Вища освіта

- 2+ роки досвіду роботи в ролі QA web
- Вміння працювати з DevTools браузера, перехоплювачами трафіку (Charles/Fiddler), системами збору логів (Kibana/Grafana) та системами контролю версій (Git)

- Глибокі знання принципів REST/SOAP, досвід роботи з Postman (створення колекцій, запуск тестів через Newman) або Swagger

- Практичний досвід написання автотестів на одній із мов (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript чи QA-фреймворки на кшталт Playwright/Selenium/Cypress)
- Розуміння патерну Page Object Model

- Досвід інтеграції автотестів у пайплайни (Jenkins, GitLab CI або GitHub Actions)
