Senior QA Engineer (Manual/Automation, Python + Playwright)

We are developing an international iGaming product and have been steadily growing for more than three years alongside a strong in-house team. During this time, we have not only strengthened our product but also built flexible processes that support business scalability.

We are now entering a new stage of growth: expanding our product expertise, strengthening our team, and scaling our operations. As part of this journey, we are looking for a QA Engineer who will do more than just testing — someone who will influence product quality at both the architectural and process levels. In this role, you will become an important part of the team responsible for the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of product quality within a service or a group of services;
• Plan and organize testing processes across the project;
• Perform functional testing of frontend applications and backend services;
• Work with REST APIs, WebSockets, and message brokers;
  Develop and maintain automated tests (E2E, API, and integration tests);
• Improve and enhance the automation framework built with Playwright (Python);
• Increase test stability and expand automated test coverage;
• Participate in the release process and assess release readiness;
• Conduct code reviews of automated tests;
• Mentor QA engineers and share your expertise with the team.
  
  Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience testing web applications and backend services;
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Playwright automation;
• Practical experience testing REST APIs;
• Strong SQL knowledge;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines;
• Solid understanding of test design techniques and testing strategies;
• Experience analyzing logs and troubleshooting issues.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ;
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience working with Redis;
• Experience in mobile testing;
• Participation in developing QA practices and processes within a team;
• Experience testing Telegram Mini Apps.
