    Low-Code / No-Code Automation Manager

    Reports to: Founder

    Role Overview

We are hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Manager β€” a builder who helps the company operate faster, leaner, and smarter.

This role works closely with the Founder and leadership team. You will analyze how the business actually runs, identify friction and repetitive work, and turn that into automation, AI-driven workflows, and clear decision systems.

Even if you haven’t worked with a specific tool before, you know how to learn fast, ship solutions, and iterate.

    About the Company

You will be joining Home Alliance and Alliance Venture Studios β€” a fast-growing group of companies building modern infrastructure for home services, digital services, and AI-enabled operations.

Today, the group includes 20+ active projects and products, spanning:

    home services platforms and marketplaces,
    digital and marketing services,
    Internal SaaS and AI tools,
    Operational infrastructure and automation layers.

We are growing very fast, launching new initiatives continuously, and actively experimenting with AI and automation at scale. This means you won’t be optimizing one small process β€” you’ll be working across multiple businesses, teams, and real use cases, gaining rare hands-on experience very quickly.

    What Makes This Role Different

    • You will work directly with the Founder, not through layers of management.

You’ll see how decisions are made at the top β€” and help shape them with data and systems.

    • You’ll have access to multiple projects where your automation and AI skills can be applied immediately.

You’ll gain exposure to how a venture studio operates, from idea to execution to scale.

    • You’ll build systems that are reused across the entire group, not just one team.

If you enjoy variety, speed, and responsibility β€” this role offers an unusually steep learning curve.

    What You Will Do

Analyze business processes across teams and projects. (either independently or with a process expert).

    • Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks and convert them into automation.

      Build and maintain integrations
(Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, etc.).

      Design process maps and workflows
       (Miro, BPMN, Lucidchart).

      Create or support leadership dashboards
(Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio).

      Implement and test AI tools
(ChatGPT, MidJourney, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.).

Rapidly prototype internal tools, landing pages, or MVPs using AI-first builders
       (Lovable.dev, Base44, Clawd.bot, Webflow AI, Framer AI).
Maintain and improve existing automation systems.
Continuously research new tools and technologies and test them for real business value.

Train employees to use new systems and support non-technical team members.
Measure ROI: time saved, costs reduced, efficiency gained.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong systems thinking and ability to see the business end-to-end.

    • Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code platforms:
Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Retool, Power Automate, Monday.

    • Experience visualizing processes
       (Miro, BPMN, Lucidchart).

    • Basic understanding of APIs and integration principles.

    • Experience with BI tools and dashboards
(Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio).

Experience testing and implementing AI tools in real workflows.

    • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems.

β€œInternal trainer” mindset β€” explaining complex things in simple terms.

    • Strong ownership, curiosity, and bias toward shipping.

Nice to Have / Strong Plus

Experience with AI-powered website and app builders
     (Lovable.dev, Base44, Clawd.bot, 10Web, Webflow AI, Framer AI).
Familiarity with AI agents and agent-style workflows.
Experience using Discord as a workspace (bots, roles, automations, integrations).
Ability to rapidly build internal dashboards, admin panels, or tools
     (Retool, Airtable Interfaces, Notion dashboards).
Product-builder mindset focused on speed, iteration, and impact.

    • Why This Role Matters

Modern companies use dozens of tools β€”
Very few know how to connect them into one coherent system.

In a fast-growing group like ours, this role:

removes operational chaos across multiple businesses,
saves time and money at scale,
    creates clarity for leadership,
enables growth without constantly adding headcount.

This is not a support role.
This is a core infrastructure role for the entire group.

Career Growth Opportunity: Path to Director of AI

This role is intentionally designed as a growth role, not a terminal position.

As AI becomes a foundational layer across Home Alliance and Venture Studios, this position has a clear path to evolve into a Director of AI / Head of AI Operations role.

Over time, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Own AI strategy across 20+ projects and companies.

    • Lead AI adoption across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and support.

Design and oversee AI-driven systems, agents, and automation architecture at scale.

Define AI standards, governance, and best practices for the entire group.

Build and lead an internal AI / automation team as the function matures.

This path is ideal for someone who wants to grow from a hands-on builder into an AI leader working directly with the Founder.

    Why Join

    This isn’t just a job β€” it’s a career accelerator.

You’ll work personally with the Founder, operate inside a fast-scaling venture studio, and gain exposure to more real-world AI and automation use cases than most roles offer in several years.

If you want responsibility, growth, and the chance to shape how AI is embedded into real businesses β€” this role was built for you.
