Affiliate Team Management

Strategic Development

We buy traffic on Meta, Google, TikTok, push and native placements, and we measure ourselves on paying users rather than on leads.

About the role

Your working day lives in campaigns and cohorts: yesterday's test numbers in the morning, fresh hypotheses and creative briefs in the afternoon, stop-or-scale calls in the evening. You buy Meta traffic (Facebook and Instagram) for dating products in Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs, and your metric is paying users rather than leads, measured deep in the click → registration → activation → subscription → rebill funnel (rebill is the recurring charge on a renewed subscription).

Accounts, creatives and consumables are handled by the farming and creative departments. The company has worked in dating since 2011, so the funnel and product economics are already mapped and your focus stays on performance. You report to the Meta team lead.

What you'll do

• Run structured tests across audiences, creatives, prelanders (the intermediate pages shown before the offer) and GEOs, documenting each hypothesis and its outcome.
• Scale the campaigns that prove profitable, since budgets for working campaigns have no ceiling.
• Brief the creative department and receive finished assets within 24–48 hours of the hypothesis.
• Monitor spy tools (competitive ad research platforms) for what runs in your GEOs and why it converts.
• Manage ad accounts, including agency accounts and self-regs (self-registered accounts), anti-detect browsers and proxies, with farming supporting you.
• Keep your numbers current in the tracker and BI: spend, revenue, conversion to paying users and cohort LTV.

Compensation

$1,000–3,000 base plus a bonus by the formula: % × (revenue − spend − consumables). The grid is progressive, from 10% to 20%, so a higher profit level means a higher share. The formula and the grid are set out in the contract and never change retroactively. Payouts are made on a fixed date every month.

Hiring process

A 30-minute screening call and an interview with the team lead, where your cases are reviewed on the numbers, followed by an offer. The full cycle takes up to 10 business days. Test budgets are always provided by the company, and buyers never spend their own money.

We are a boutique Amazon full-service agency based in Munich, Germany, managing PPC, catalog, and marketplace operations for established D2C brands selling on Amazon in the DACH region. Our portfolio spans ~15 active accounts across multiple categories. Client communication is handled entirely by our internal German-speaking team — you will not need to speak German or talk to clients. Your job is strategy and execution, at the highest level.

The role

We are not looking for a bid-adjuster. We are looking for a senior operator who can own PPC strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of accounts:

• Build full-funnel campaign strategies (SP / SB / SBV / SD) from scratch for new accounts — structure, budget allocation, targeting logic, ranking vs. profitability goals
• Define target ACoS/TACoS per product based on margin data and product lifecycle stage

• Proven strategic ownership: you have designed campaign architectures and portfolio strategies, not just executed someone else's
• Fluent with break-even ACoS logic, TACoS steering, ranking campaigns vs. profit campaigns, launch vs. sustain phases
• Confident with bulk operations and at least one major tool stack (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adtomic, Scale Insights, or similar)

AdShip is a Dutch agency running Google Ads for 34 dropshipping and D2C stores, with around EUR 200,000 in monthly ad spend across the accounts. We are looking for one person to own that delivery. You are being hired to become the person who runs AdShip. The owner does that today and wants to hand it over. Within six to twelve months you own delivery end to end and the title becomes COO.

The job has three parts

• Watch the AI. Most small accounts are optimised by an automated layer that makes changes on its own inside guardrails. You read every run, judge whether the change was right, and tighten the guardrails when it was not.
• Run the big accounts yourself: structure, bidding, budget, scaling.
• Steer one part-time specialist and review his work.

On top of that comes the part nobody is doing right now: making the service better. We want someone who says on his own that a client has a landing page problem rather than a Google Ads problem, that a product feed is leaving search volume on the table, or that the money is in the checkout. Proposals, not reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years Google Ads for e-commerce, with Shopping, Performance Max and product feeds
• Personally responsible for EUR 80,000+ monthly ad spend
• Able to name concrete results: account, ROAS, what you changed, what happened
• You have proposed something outside of ads to a client and know how it turned out
• English C1: you write client updates and run client calls
• Experience managing someone or building a process
• Strong in Sheets, comfortable with scripts

We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets.
