Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate / CPA Marketing, including team management.
- Strong understanding of affiliate business economics and key performance metrics (ROI, FTD, LTV, CR).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency sufficient to negotiate and build relationships with international partners.
Affiliate Team Management
- Lead and manage the affiliate team by setting goals, assigning priorities, and ensuring effective task execution.
- Work closely with Affiliate Managers on a daily basis: review partnership deals, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality partner communication.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal guidelines, workflows, and documentation (e.g. billing processes, knowledge base, SOPs).
- Track task progress, monitor team performance, and conduct weekly sync meetings.
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Train and onboard the team on new tools, reports, and internal processes.
- Monitor traffic profitability across all partners using key metrics such as ROI, FTD, and LTV.
- Optimize underperforming partnerships together with Affiliate Managers.
- Ensure the accuracy of billing, partner payouts, and financial adjustments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports on team performance.
- Develop and implement KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks for Affiliate Managers.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor team performance against FTD and ROI targets.
- Plan CPA partner launches based on forecasts and approved business objectives.
- Analyze traffic sources, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to affiliate scaling strategies.
- Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy.
- Identify new partnership opportunities, GEOs, and traffic acquisition channels.
- Initiate testing of new affiliate platforms, tools, and partnership models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to achieve shared business goals.
