For an incredible company, we are looking for a great Head of Affiliates to join our awesome team.

๐Ÿงฒ Magnetics is a digital company that develops and scales its own online products across competitive and fast-paced markets. Founded in 2014, we rely on data, bold hypotheses, and user experience to grow efficiently.

Requirements and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Affiliate / CPA Marketing, including team management.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate business economics and key performance metrics (ROI, FTD, LTV, CR).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency sufficient to negotiate and build relationships with international partners.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Team Management
  • Lead and manage the affiliate team by setting goals, assigning priorities, and ensuring effective task execution.
  • Work closely with Affiliate Managers on a daily basis: review partnership deals, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality partner communication.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal guidelines, workflows, and documentation (e.g. billing processes, knowledge base, SOPs).
  • Track task progress, monitor team performance, and conduct weekly sync meetings.
  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Train and onboard the team on new tools, reports, and internal processes.
Financial Performance & Analytics
  • Monitor traffic profitability across all partners using key metrics such as ROI, FTD, and LTV.
  • Optimize underperforming partnerships together with Affiliate Managers.
  • Ensure the accuracy of billing, partner payouts, and financial adjustments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports on team performance.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks for Affiliate Managers.
Reporting & Planning
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor team performance against FTD and ROI targets.
  • Plan CPA partner launches based on forecasts and approved business objectives.
  • Analyze traffic sources, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to affiliate scaling strategies.
Strategic Development
  • Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, GEOs, and traffic acquisition channels.
  • Initiate testing of new affiliate platforms, tools, and partnership models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to achieve shared business goals.
