Мета посади

Знайти та підготувати B2B-контакти по всьому світу — від регіональних дистриб’юторів і автодилерів до страхових компаній, лізингових операторів і автоаукціонів. Ваша задача — не просто зібрати базу, а побудувати повний цикл: дослідження ринку, сегментація, email-аутріч, сиквенси, фолоу-ап і передача прогрітого ліда Sales Manager. Ми шукаємо людину, яка розуміє різницю між базою і воронкою, і вміє будувати останню.

Основні задачі

• Пошук і збір B2B-контактів по цільових сегментах і географіях: дистриб’ютори, авторитейл, страховий сектор, fleet, лізинг, автоаукціони
• Сегментація і структурування баз під конкретні продуктові пропозиції та ринки
• Побудова і запуск email-сиквенсів і аутріч-кампаній: холодні листи, фолоу-апи, A/B-тести
• Валідація контактів перед відправкою, контроль deliverability і показників кампаній

Обов’язкові вимоги

Кого ми шукаємо

Lead Generation Manager, який вибудує стабільний потік кваліфікованих зустрічей з ЛПР (Heads of GIS / Mapping Managers / VP Engineering / CTO) у компаніях, що мають власні geospatial- або картографічні департаменти, або потребують кастомної GIS / IT-розробки.

🎯 Основні напрямки роботи:

About the role

This is not a traditional Lead Generation position.

We already have an automated LinkedIn outbound infrastructure with multiple accounts, AI-powered workflows, and lead sourcing processes.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, deeply analyze prospects, understand our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and craft highly personalized conversations that convert prospects into Discovery Calls.

Your success won’t be measured by the number of messages sent, but by the quality of conversations and qualified meetings booked.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze companies, decision-makers, and prospects to determine whether they match our ICPs.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to research companies, identify business challenges, and personalize outreach.
• Understand the prospect’s business, background, role, and potential pain points before initiating conversations.
• Adapt our Healthcare products and software development services to different ICPs and business cases.
• Create highly personalized LinkedIn outreach messages that feel authentic and relevant.
• Manage conversations after prospects reply.
• Handle positive, neutral, and negative responses with confidence.
• Create customized follow-up sequences that move prospects toward a Discovery/Demo Call with our Sales Manager or CEO.

2. Search, scrape, collect and structure lead databases based on the company’s ICP.

What you'll do
 

You'll be the first GTM hire, working directly with the founder and owning the pipeline. The role has two tightly connected halves:
 

1. Pipeline generation - fill the calendar

Run outbound lead generation: build target lists of IT service providers, write and send sequences (email, LinkedIn), book qualified calls - we have a working outbound motion already booking calls, and you'll take it over and scale it

Own our paid ads across Reddit, Meta/Facebook, and new channels: creatives, copy, targeting, budgets, and cost-per-call optimization (we already have working ad motions to build on)

Build nurture campaigns and lead magnets: guides, checklists, email sequences that warm up leads who aren't ready to buy yet

Represent us at industry conferences and events across the US, EU, and Australia: work the floor, book meetings, gather intelligence on what the market is asking for

Test go-to-market motions systematically: different messages, offers, channels, and audiences - measure cost per call and conversion, kill what doesn't work, scale what does

2. AI GTM enablement - the discovery half

Investigate how our customers can sell and upsell AI to their own clients: join their sales conversations, interview them, and study what works

Build the enablement library our customers use to sell: pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and campaign kits they can send directly to their clients

Develop agent use-case templates by industry (e.g., what an AI agent does for a dental office, a law firm, a construction company) that customers can present to their clients

Turn what you learn into repeatable sales playbooks: which pitches convert, which industries pull hardest, what objections come up and how to answer them

Feed everything back to the founder and product: you're the closest person to the market, and what you discover shapes what we build

This is not a script-following SDR seat. It's a 0-to-1 GTM role: half of the job is generating pipeline, the other half is building the playbook for how an entirely new category gets sold - twice (by us to IT providers, and by IT providers to their clients).

You've generated pipeline yourself. You've personally built lists, written sequences, run campaigns, and booked meetings - not just managed an agency or a tool

Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta/Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, or Google): you've owned budgets, written creatives, and optimized for cost per lead

Excellent written English - your outreach, ads, and enablement materials go to US business owners, and the writing has to land

Experienced with US culture and communication norms - you've worked with US customers or teams, you know how American business owners talk, what tone lands in their inbox, and how to run a call that feels natural to them, not translated

Confident on calls with US customers: discovery conversations, note-taking, pattern-spotting

Willing and able to travel internationally to industry conferences and events in the US, EU, and Australia - working the floor, booking meetings, and representing us in person is a core part of the role, not an occasional perk

📋 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined GTM Engineer (SDR) to join YTC and become the engine of our outbound lead generation. This is a full-time, in-house role — not a fractional or outsourced position. You will own the entire outbound motion: from building and maintaining our prospecting infrastructure and tool stack, to running multichannel campaigns, enriching prospect data, and managing responses across the full funnel.

You will work closely with YTC leadership and an external GTM advisor who will support your onboarding and ongoing growth.

The client is a neocloud building purpose-built GPU infrastructure for AI workloads. We operate large-scale clusters powering training and inference for some of the most demanding AI customers in the market, and we’re rapidly expanding. Our infrastructure runs on NVIDIA and AMD accelerators, InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet fabrics, and a production stack spanning bare-metal provisioning, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.

We’re small, senior, and moving fast. The people who do well at the client own problems end-to-end and make decisions with incomplete information.

The role
We are hiring an Incident & Reliability Lead to own the incident and problem management programs at the client. This is the person who runs the call when a customer cluster goes down, drives the post-mortem afterward, and hardens the runbooks so the same failure does not surface twice.

This is not an ITIL paperwork role. You will be technically credible across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and GPU infrastructure, enough to lead a live incident with platform engineers, and a customer on the bridge. But your center of gravity is the process: fast, clean incident response, honest communication, and a relentless feedback loop between customers engineering.

You will set the standard for how the client behaves during our most challenging hours. Done well, this is one of the most visible and highest-leverage roles on the team.

You will work closely with cloud operations, network teams, and customer-facing counterparts. Expect to be on-call in a shared rotation.

What you’ll own

• Incident command. Run major incidents end-to-end: triage, escalation, comms cadence, timeline, decision log, and drive-to-resolution. You are the conductor, not the fixer.

• Customer communications. Own customer-facing incident messaging, initial acknowledgement, status updates at defined intervals, resolution notice, and written RCA. Clear, honest, no hedging.

• Post-mortem and RCA program. Run blameless post-mortems, write the RCA, track action items to completion, and publish learnings across the org. Own the quality bar for RCA writing at the client.

• Escalation framework. Define and maintain the severity matrix, escalation trees, on-call rotations, and paging policies across platform, network, DC ops, and leadership.

• Runbooks and playbooks. Turn tribal knowledge into durable, testable runbooks. Drive the engineering teams to document before the next 2am page, not after.

• On-call health. Own the on-call experience: page volume, alert quality, rotation fairness, and handoff hygiene. Kill noisy alerts. Fix the ones that matter.

• Reliability metrics. Define and report the metrics that matter: MTTA, MTTR, incident count by class, SLO attainment, repeat-offender systems. Make reliability a number the business trusts.

• Game days and drills. Plan and run incident drills across clusters, regions, and customer scenarios. Surface gaps before customers do.

• Incident tooling. Own the incident tooling stack, paging, status page, incident channel automation, timeline capture, RCA templates. Evaluate and land the right tools.

What we’re looking for

Required

• 7+ years in SRE, production engineering, or infrastructure operations, with clear ownership of incident management in at least one prior role.

• Proven ability to run major incidents as the commander, keeping a room calm, driving decisions, managing comms to customers and executives in parallel.

• Strong technical fluency across Linux, Kubernetes, networking (L2/L3, BGP basics), and cloud or bare-metal infrastructure. Deep enough in the stack to challenge assumptions, debug alongside engineers on a bridge call, and senior enough to turn each incident into durable improvements like runbooks, automation, guardrails, so the next incident does not need you.

• Excellent written communication. You can draft a customer-facing RCA that is accurate, clear, and does not over- or under-promise, and do it within the SLA window.

• Experience owning SLOs, error budgets, or equivalent reliability metrics as a working practice, not a slide.

• Experience designing on-call rotations and alerting practices across multiple teams.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, still-forming environment. You write the runbook that did not exist yesterday.

Strongly preferred

• Experience in GPU infrastructure, HPC, or AI/ML platform operations, NCCL, InfiniBand, DCGM, or similar.

• Direct experience with Kubernetes incident response, control plane, CNI, operator patterns, noisy-neighbor debugging.

• Experience interfacing with neocloud, enterprise or hyperscaler customers during live incidents.

• Shadowed on-call rotations across the platform, network, and ops teams.

• Read every RCA written and identify the top three recurring failure classes.

• Met with the top three customers and understood their incident expectations and SLA terms.

• Documented the current-state incident response process, gaps and all.

• Published a revised severity matrix, escalation tree, and customer-comms cadence, adopted across teams.

• Run at least two major incidents as commander with clean timelines and customer comms.

• Delivered a new RCA template and coached the team through at least three post-mortems against it.

• Stood up baseline reliability metrics (MTTA, MTTR, incident count by class) with a weekly reporting cadence.

• Killed at least 20% of current alert volume by eliminating low-signal pages.

First 12 months

• The client has a mature, documented incident management program that a new customer can diligence with confidence.

• Repeat-offender incident classes are down materially, with clear attribution to runbook, tooling, or engineering changes you drove.
