• Обробка вхідних заявок із сайтів Cosmos і Obriy, директу й соцмереж

• ~20% часу: публікації робіт на Behance, кейс-стаді для Clutch і каталогів (тексти пишеш сам, дизайн-матеріали дає арт-директор)

Що для нас важливо

• Від 1 року досвіду в B2B-лідогенерації для послуг (агенція, аутсорс, студія): Upwork, LinkedIn або каталоги
• Розуміння того, як влаштована ІТ- та креативна індустрія
• Вмієш назвати свої цифри: скільки подач/контактів на місяць, скільки кваліфікованих лідів, скільки з них стали угодами
• Сам пишеш тексти для аутрічу, без шаблонів
• Письмова англійська на рівні C1 (кавери без помилок, живою мовою, під конкретний проєкт клієнта); усна B2, дзвінки веде Business Developer-менеджер
• Досвід системного ведення CRM

Буде плюсом: досвід на Upwork або Behance у дизайн- чи dev-агенції, робота з Pipedrive, досвід A/B-тестів в аутрічі.
 

Умови

• Формат: віддалено, повна зайнятість, 10:00—18:00 за Києвом, співпраця як ФОП
• Ставка $800 на випробувальний термін, $1,000 після успішного проходження
• Бонус за виконання плану по SQL та укладені угоди.

Ми шукаємо Media Network Specialist, який відповідатиме за запуск, масштабування та оптимізацію рекламних кампаній у медійних мережах з фокусом на результат і ключові бізнес-метрики.

Забезпечувати потік якісно підготовлених зустрічей із потенційними замовниками виставкових стендів. Самостійно знаходити компанії, оцінювати їхній потенціал, встановлювати контакт із особами, які приймають рішення, проводити первинне з’ясування потреб і передавати підготовлені проєкти в роботу.

Вимоги

• Досвід від двох років у B2B-лідогенерації або пре-сейлі. Самостійно шукав нових клієнтів і розвивав контакт до предметного обговорення.
• Досвід холодного залучення клієнтів. Працював із компаніями, які раніше не зверталися за послугами, уміє створювати інтерес із першого контакту.
• Досвід спілкування з відповідальними за вибір підрядника. Вів комунікацію з власниками, керівниками маркетингу, заходів або закупівель.
• Англійська B2 і вище. Може самостійно вивчати інформацію про закордонні компанії, вести ділове листування та проводити первинну розмову з клієнтом.
• Готовність вести всю ділянку пре-сейлу — від дослідження компанії та пошуку контактів до призначення зустрічі, пре-брифінгу й передачі інформації менеджеру.
• Релевантна галузь — перевага. Досвід у виставковій забудові, організації заходів, маркетингових агентствах або продажу проєктних B2B-послуг.
• Підтверджені результати на попередніх місцях роботи. Може представити 2–3 конкретні кейси з цифрами, періодом роботи та поясненням особистого внеску.
• Висока цифрова грамотність. Уміє працювати з Google Docs, таск-менеджерами, CRM, ChatGPT/Claude тощо.

Завдання

• Пошук компаній на виставковому ринку. Робота зі списками учасників — Exhibitor List, планами виставок — Floor Plan, сайтами організаторів та архівами минулих заходів.
• Дослідження потенційного клієнта. Аналіз бізнесу, продуктів, географії, масштабу компанії, виставкової активності та попередніх стендів.
• Кваліфікація та сегментація. Оцінка відповідності цільовій аудиторії; окреме визначення категорії клієнта та категорії стенда за критеріями компанії.
• Робота в CRM. Ведення актуальних карток і наступних дій, внесення повної інформації про клієнта в CRM.
• Пошук осіб, які приймають рішення. Визначення співробітника, який відповідає за участь у виставках і вибір підрядника; вихід на нього через інших представників компанії.
• Пошук і перевірка контактних даних. Пошук релевантних компаній. Володіння LinkedIn, Apollo, Ocean, GetSales, Surfe або аналогічними інструментами — велика перевага. Зіставлення інформації з кількох джерел. Якщо кандидат раніше не працював з інструментами для лідогенерації — з’ясувати: чому? Що використовували в компанії? Яким чином забезпечував необхідний обсяг лідів?
• Персоналізація звернень. Підготовка повідомлень на основі реальних фактів: участі у виставці, попереднього стенда, нового продукту або виходу на ринок.
• Призначення зустрічей. Ведення вихідного листування, повторних звернень і роботи з первинними запереченнями; узгодження мети, учасників і часу зустрічі.
• Аналіз власної воронки. Підрахунок конверсій між етапами, виявлення причин втрат і коригування пошуку або повідомлень на основі отриманих результатів.
