Your future responsibilities:

• Create Design solutions for mobile and web
• Create and sustain design standards
• Contribute to the creation of the international design system
• Participate in user research and testing

Your skills and experience:

• At least 2-3 years of commercial experience in a UI/UX
• Good understanding of Human-Centered design principles and a variety of user research methods.
• Experience in doing user research and testing
• Fluent Figma skills
• Atomic design understanding
• Fintech expertise will be a plus

Шукаємо Environment Artist, який спеціалізується на створенні фотореалістичних environment сцен у Unreal Engine 5.
Кандидат працюватиме з повним production pipeline: 3D моделювання, текстурування, shading, lighting, level assembly та оптимізація real-time рендерингу.
Спеціаліст буде відповідати за побудову сцен, роботу з assets, організацію проекту, procedural generation та підготовку environment для real-time використання.

Основні обов’язки:

Environment & Level Assembly

• Побудова environment сцен в Unreal Engine 5
• Розміщення будівель, рослинності, props, доріг та ландшафту
• Робота з композицією сцени та візуальною цілісністю
• Використання modular assets

Робота з Assets

• Імпорт та інтеграція assets у Unreal Engine 5
• Організація структури проекту та бібліотеки моделей
• Перевірка та налаштування:
  • scale
  • pivot points
  • collision
  • LOD

3D Моделювання

• Створення environment-об’єктів (props, hard surface елементи)
• Підготовка optimized meshes для real-time
• Базова робота з high-poly → low-poly workflow
• Підготовка моделей під Nanite

Текстурування та матеріали

• Створення PBR текстур
• UV mapping та texture baking
• Робота з матеріалами в Unreal Engine
• Базова оптимізація текстур

Оптимізація

• Оптимізація сцен під real-time рендеринг

• Контроль продуктивності (draw calls, LOD, texture usage)

   

Вимоги:

3D та Environment

• Досвід у environment / prop modeling
• Розуміння hard surface моделювання
• Базове розуміння оптимізації геометрії

Texturing

• Практичний досвід з PBR workflow
• Texture baking
• Робота з UV

Unreal Engine

• Комерційний або pet-проєкт досвід з Unreal Engine 5
• Розуміння asset pipeline (FBX, імпорт, налаштування)
• Досвід роботи зі сценами в real-time

Інструменти

• Blender або Autodesk 3ds Max
• Substance 3D Painter

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in slot game animation
- Strong proficiency in Spine (2D skeletal animation, clean hierarchy, proper timing, and easing)
- Solid understanding of animation principles: timing, spacing, weight, and rhythm
- Understanding of slot mechanics and win cycle logic
- Ability to work within technical and mobile constraints
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of final quality
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D animations for slot games, including symbols, characters, backgrounds, and UI elements
- Implement animations in Spine using tweening techniques to ensure smooth integration and stable performance
- Develop symbol animations (win, idle, landing, anticipation, bonus, etc.), as well as win effects and UI animations
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to ensure animations align with the game’s style and mechanics
- Optimize animations for mobile devices while considering technical limitations
- Deliver clean and well-structured JSON files for integration
- Maintain consistent animation quality and stylistic cohesion across projects (from classic casino themes to more creative concepts)

Would be a plus:
- Experience with After Effects (FX, promo materials, additional visual polish)
- Understanding of VFX principles for slot games
- Experience using AI tools to optimize parts of the animation workflow
- Basic understanding of 3D animation pipelines
