    Your Responsibilities:
    As a Motion Designer at Sett, you will:

    • Work within Unity to create and optimize dynamic, engaging ads for mobile games.
    • Utilize AfterEffects to enhance video ads, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with the marketing strategy.

    • Confident user of Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) for visual assets and UI elements
    • Practical experience using AI design tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar) to speed up creative production

    • Familiarity with data-informed design decisions and iterative improvements
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, stakeholders)

    Responsibilities: 

    • Create visual assets for digital campaigns: banners, social media creatives, promotional materials
    • Design and deliver conversion-oriented website experiences — landing pages, product pages, and marketing funnels optimized for engagement and lead generation
    • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency across products and platforms
    • Own the full design cycle: user flows, wireframes, UI design, prototyping, and handoff to developers
    • Apply data-informed design decisions based on basic analytics and user behavior insights
    • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and marketing stakeholders
    • Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and results
    • Contribute to improving internal design processes and workflows
       

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with motion design, video editing, or interactive visuals for digital marketing.
    • Familiarity with heat-mapping and conversion-tracking tools (Crazy Egg, Hotjar, etc.).
    • Knowledge of accessibility fundamentals and responsive web best practices.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to support developer collaboration.

    What product will you be working on?

    Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

    What will you do:

    • Design solid, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile app.
    • Generate and validate product hypotheses.

    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.
    • Work closely with UX writers, researchers, and designers from other Growth teams.
    • Maintain and improve our design system.
       

    What do you need to join us:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
    • Experience building mobile-first products.
    • Great visual taste and strong UI skills: solid grasp of design patterns, composition, typography, and color.
