Ascendix Technologies

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Concierge to join our Customer Support team. The concierge (support) function for the Ascendix products covers client request triage, case management in Dynamics 365, product troubleshooting, bug reporting and escalation, and day-to-day client-facing support. 

Night Shift – 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM. 

Requirements: 

• Strong spoken and written English—daily direct communication with US customers 
• Support, helpdesk, or case-management experience with SaaS or CRM products 
• Able to triage, troubleshoot, and manage a case queue independently after ramp-up 

• Clear technical communication—writes structured bug reports and client-facing responses 

   

Nice-to-have: 

• Salesforce experience (Administrator level or strong hands-on admin skills) 
• Commercial real estate or real estate domain familiarity 
• Experience with CRM products 

• Comfortable working in Dynamics CRM and MS ecosystem 

   

Responsibilities: 

• Triage incoming client requests: categorize, resolve internally, or escalate to the appropriate team 
• Manage a typical queue of 20 to 30 active cases while maintaining quality and timely follow-up 
• Troubleshoot product issues across AscendixRE, Ascendix Search, Composer, Harvest, and AI Suite 
• Create clear bug reports and escalation briefs for Product and Dev handoffs 
• Maintain cases, tasks, and client records in Dynamics 365 
• Translate technical topics into broker-friendly language for non-technical customers

What We’re Looking For 

AI Engineering & Delivery (Products and with AI)

• Building AI into products: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real applications; experience with RAG, AI agents, copilots, or AI workflow orchestration.
• Building products with AI: You already use AI in your development workflow (LLM-assisted coding, prompt engineering, AI-based testing/code review, automation) and can point to examples where this has accelerated delivery. 

Architecture & Backend Engineering

• Strong backend engineering and architecture experience. We’re not tied to a specific language or framework. What matters is that you can architect robust, scalable backend systems and that you understand why certain decisions matter.
• Proven experience shipping production systems end-to-end. Not just designed it, not just prototyped it. You’ve been responsible for something real that runs in production and that clients depend on.
• Infrastructure and scalability awareness. 

Client-Facing & Communication

• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Solid English proficiency suitable for executive-facing conversations. 

Ways of Working

• Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal handholding.
• Works effectively within a delivery team, including engineers, consultants, and BAs, rather than as a solo contributor. 

Nice to Have:

• Consulting or pre-sales experience (POC scoping, proposal shaping, estimation).
• Full-stack development background.
• Salesforce or CRM ecosystem exposure.
• Experience in real estate or financial services domains.

Architect & Deliver AI-First Solutions

• Design and build production-grade AI-powered applications.
• Implement RAG pipelines, AI copilots, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Own architecture decisions across backend, infrastructure, scalability, and deployment.
• Lead technical delivery for client-facing AI initiatives. 

Use AI to Accelerate Engineering

• Define reusable AI architecture patterns.

• Influence tooling, implementation approaches, and best practices.
• Work directly with senior architects and leadership/C-level.
• Mentor engineers and team leads on AI delivery practices.
• Lead and operate small delivery teams under compressed timelines.
