    What You'll Do 

    1. Preparation, launch, and analysis of marketing campaigns for clients: 
    2. audience selection (segmentation) 
    3. communication algorithm design and implementation 
    4. testing 
    5. dashboard creation to visualize the results 
    6. Providing customized analytical reporting upon client demand. 
    7. Automation of regular reporting. 
    8. Performing dataset updates, data quality assurance, and building ETL processes. 
    9. Client interactions involve managing requirements and expectations to address their needs. 

    Your Competencies 

    Must have: 

    1. Solid command of SQL for building complex queries and optimizing performance. 
    2. High-level proficiency in MS Excel. 
    3. Knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis. 
    4. English speaking proficiency – B1 level or higher. Reading, writing, and listening B2 or higher. 

    Nice to have: 

    1. Python for data analysis and visualization (libraries such as Pandas, Polars, Numpy, Matplotlib) and machine learning (e.g., Scikit-learn). 
    2. Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms and their application. 
    3. Basic knowledge of YAML and HTML. 
    4. Personal experience in Banking sector, Marketing, Retail.
