    1. Upwork Client Communication & Sales

    • Handle all incoming client responses on assigned Upwork profiles;
    • Maintain fast and consistent response times;
    • Qualify leads via chat and calls;

    • Close deals or move leads into structured follow-ups.

       

    2. Upwork Profile Ownership & Performance

    • Own the performance of assigned Upwork profiles;

    • Protect the delivery team from poorly qualified deals;
    • Ensure consistency between profile positioning, communication, and proposals.

       

    4. CRM & Sales Discipline

    • Maintain accurate deal stages in CRM (Pipedrive);
    • Log key deal information and next steps;
    • Keep the pipeline clean and up to date;
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and profile performance.

       

    5. Company Knowledge & Positioning

    • Deep understanding of WeSoftYou:
    • Portfolio and case studies (Living Security, ProUnitas, Miami Dolphins, F1, DocuSign-like platform, etc.).
