The main focus is AI reliability: RAG, document understanding, evidence extraction, citation grounding, structured outputs, evaluation, and repeatable audit workflows. We need someone who can build production AI systems with solid software engineering practices, clean backend architecture, testing, observability, and AWS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Production GenAI Systems Improve existing AI workflows for regulatory document audits, gap analysis, evidence extraction, compliance reasoning, and report generation. Strengthen RAG pipelines, Improve citation grounding so audit findings link back to source documents, requirements, and supporting evidence. About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth / Business Development Lead.

This is not a standard Sales Manager role.

We need a hands-on person who can build a predictable B2B lead generation and sales pipeline almost from scratch.

You will be responsible not only for sales calls and proposals, but also for the full growth system around sales: ICP, outbound, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, CRM, commercial materials, case studies, website lead generation, and coordination with content, SMM, design, and WordPress development.

The key goal is simple: build a system that generates qualified B2B leads, not just wait for inbound requests.
