About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth / Business Development Lead.

This is not a standard Sales Manager role.

 

We need a hands-on person who can build a predictable B2B lead generation and sales pipeline almost from scratch.

You will be responsible not only for sales calls and proposals, but also for the full growth system around sales: ICP, outbound, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, CRM, commercial materials, case studies, website lead generation, and coordination with content, SMM, design, and WordPress development.

The key goal is simple: build a system that generates qualified B2B leads, not just wait for inbound requests.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage outbound lead generation.
  • Work with existing contact databases.
  • Find and qualify new target accounts.
  • Run LinkedIn outreach and email outreach.
  • Prepare outreach sequences, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Manage CRM and keep pipeline data clean.
  • Own the sales pipeline from first contact to commercial proposal.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate website lead generation improvements.
  • Suggest landing pages, case studies, sales materials, and lead magnets.
  • Coordinate SMM, content, designer, and WordPress developer when needed.
  • Track qualified leads, pipeline value, conversion rates, and closed revenue.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B international sales, business development, or growth.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation.
  • Ability to build pipeline, not only close inbound leads.
  • Experience selling digital services, SaaS, IT services, affiliate/iGaming, marketing, compliance, or similar B2B services.
  • Strong English for outreach, calls, and proposals.
  • Good CRM discipline.
  • Ability to write clear, relevant, non-generic outreach messages.
  • Understanding of how website, landing pages, case studies, and sales materials support lead generation.
  • Ability to coordinate marketing, design, content, and website-related tasks.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Practical approach: ability to plan, execute, test, and improve without waiting for perfect conditions.

     

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, dating, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, brand protection, legaltech, or compliance.
  • Existing network in gambling, affiliate, dating, or digital business.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, conferences, partnerships, and account-based outreach.
  • Experience selling high-ticket B2B services.
  • Understanding of branded search, affiliate abuse, fake domains, brand bidding, or SERP-related risks.
  • Experience working in small teams where processes are still being built.

     

You are not a fit if

  • You only worked with inbound leads.
  • You expect ready-made qualified leads from the company.
  • You dislike CRM.
  • You do not want to be involved in outreach and lead generation.
  • You see marketing and sales materials as β€œnot your area”.
  • You prefer only closing calls and do not want to build the system.

     

 

Compensation

Base + performance-based bonus tied to qualified pipeline and closed revenue.

Final compensation depends on seniority, relevant industry experience, and ability to build the growth function, not only perform sales activities.
