    Requirements:

    βœ”οΈ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2 strong β€” C1);
    βœ”οΈ At least 1 year of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management;

    βœ”οΈ Experience in event planning and coordination;

    What you’ll do:

    βž– Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (welcome packs, orientations, system access) and ensure smooth offboarding (exit surveys, system updates, coordination with Finance & IT);
    βž– Keep employee records up to date in HRIS (Hurma) and other platforms; support data analysis for process improvements;
    βž– Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and follow-up action plans;
    βž– Develop initiatives to increase retention, internal mobility, and motivation;
    βž– Organize and coordinate engagement activities for remote teams;
    βž– Provide continuous HR support to the Lviv office and assist with office initiatives.

    THE JOURNEY

    • Act as the POC for all labor administration issues, ensuring all employee documentation is collected and signed in the correct format
    • Compile and negotiate conditions for benefits renewals and new benefits

    • Identify flaws in processes and operations and facilitate improvements and changes
    • Collaborate with external HR and Legal providers on employee matters

    • 1+ years of experience in HR administration in Ukraine
    • Experience in International HR Administration is a plus
    • Degree/Background in HR, law, politics, employee relations, administration, business or similar is a plus
    • Strong organization and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management
    • Proactivity and an eye for detail
    • Strong Excel and database management skills

    • Fluency and perfect writing skills in English and Ukrainian
