❇️Inventory Management & Stock Optimization
🔸Maintain optimal stock levels across all SKUs (180+ → 500+) to prevent stockouts/overstock across Amazon FBA, TikTok and D2C
🔸Own inventory health: IPI, stranded inventory, restock limits, aged inventory, sell-through
🔸Develop ROP & safety stock models (lead times, seasonality, supplier variability)
🔸Ensure new SKU launches are supported with proper inventory planning and listing readiness

❇️Inbound Procurement & Supplier Coordination
🔸Execute POs aligned with procurement directives (two-stream model: directives vs. production POs)
🔸Coordinate inbound logistics (trucking, customs, carriers) to optimize lead times & landed costs
🔸Manage supplier performance (timelines, quality, documentation)
🔸Track inbound shipments vs. POs, flag discrepancies to Controller/COO

❇️Production & Fulfillment Collaboration

This position is for someone who measures their work in click-through rates and conversions, not portfolio views. You'll be a full member of the growth team — from concept to launch to performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce video ads and static banners for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google with a clear focus on conversion.
• Generate several fundamentally different creative concepts every week — not variations of the same idea.
• Research competitor ads, identify strong mechanics, and turn them into even more effective versions.
• Create UGC-style videos that blend naturally into the feed and don't feel like ads.
• Build your workflow around AI — generation, editing, voiceover, characters — as a standard, not an exception.
• Launch hypotheses, read the data, adjust your approach, and repeat the cycle.
• Occasionally contribute to landing page and presentation design for the product.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of performance metrics — CTR, hook rate, ROAS, scroll-stop rate — and how to influence them through design and video structure.
