Head of BI AI
Weโre looking for someone who will take full ownership of the technical function within our Analytics department โ and bring Reporting, Data Tech, and AI to a new level of maturity.
The mission is clear: transform Reporting and Data Tech into a powerful internal platform that helps the entire analytics function work faster, smarter, and more effectively.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐ผ๐๐ป:
โธ Build and scale BI infrastructure from the ground up
โธ Lead and develop teams across Reporting, Data Tech, and AI
โธ Design and implement scalable Data Warehouse architecture
โธ Own ETL/ELT processes and Data Governance frameworks
โธ Drive automation across reporting and data pipelines
โธ Integrate AI/LLM tools to optimize analytical processes
โธ Act as the bridge between technical analytics and business stakeholders
โธ Drive change management and build a culture of data-driven decisions
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
โธ 5+ years in BI / Data / Analytics
โธ Proven experience managing BI or Data teams
โธ Hands-on experience building BI functions from scratch
โธ Deep expertise in Data Warehousing and modern BI platforms
โธ SQL at expert level
โธ Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and Reporting infrastructure
โธ Practical experience with AI/LLM for process optimization
โธ Experience in change management
โธ Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and business orientation

โธ iGaming background
โธ Experience in product companies
โธ Experience working with large-scale data volumes
โธ Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks
