Middle/Senior Project/Product Manager
We are looking for a Middle/Senior Project/Product Manager to join a long-term international project and manage several teams/products within the Back Office domain of a large global company.
The teams are responsible for the development and support of existing Data Transformation systems used across the organization.
What you'll do
- Manage several teams/products simultaneously
- Coordinate development, delivery, priorities, and stakeholders
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage requirements, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Support and improve existing internal products and systems
- Participate in planning and prioritization of product initiatives
- Ensure smooth communication between business and engineering teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in IT
- Experience managing multiple teams or products simultaneously
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills
- Ability to work effectively with distributed international teams
- English — B2+, strong spoken English is essential
- Ability to start within 2 weeks
Strong advantage
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Trade Promotion Management (TPM/TPMS).
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience implementing or working with Trade Promotion Management tools/systems.
Project details
Workload: Full-time
Duration: 1 year+
Rate: up to $18/hour
Location: Remote — candidates outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine
Start: ASAP / within 2 weeks
English: B2+
Schedule: preferably shifted toward US working hours — approximately 13:00–22:00 Yerevan time
Interview process
The selection process includes 2 preliminary technical interviews.
