Requirements

- 2–3+ years of experience launching and managing performance evaluation cycles (KPI/OKR, 360° feedback, calibration).   
- Practical experience in selecting, configuring, and automating Performance Management Systems.   
- Ability to design job maps, grading systems, competency matrices, and clear promotion criteria for both Tech and Non-Tech roles.   
- Solid understanding of HiPo identification, Career Pathing, 9-Box Grid, and succession planning for key positions.   
- Strong analytical mindset to digitize performance data, create executive dashboards, and drive objective, data-backed decisions.   
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English for effective communication across global teams.   
- Basic knowledge of evaluation ethics and data privacy standards (GDPR).

Requirements:

• ~2+ years of hands-on QA experience — primarily manual, with some exposure to automation.

  Responsibilities

• Own feature quality primarily through manual testing (~70%): test planning, design, execution, and defect reporting.

This role combines deep expertise in business systems and operational processes with hands-on engineering, architecture, and agentic AI implementation. What You'll Do:

• Own the architecture and feature roadmap for operational platforms, from business-process discovery through design, planning, and implementation.
