    Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Paralegal to join our legal department.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Registering new companies and supporting existing structures of foreign companies;
    • Opening accounts in banks, payment systems, and merchant accounts in Europe, the UK, etc.;
    • Collaborating with foreign and local consultants, lawyers, banks, agents, and other third parties;
    • Knowledge of principles and implementation of effective KYC, CDD, and EDD processes;
    • Understanding and drafting policies for websites, working with service agreements, and preparing relevant documents according to the specific company’s activities;
    • Daily email communication, video meetings, and calls with other departments, partners, and providers.

     

    Skills and Experience:

    • At least 2 years of professional experience in companies with an international presence or law firms, primarily focusing on banks, legal firms, or IT companies;
    • Knowledge and understanding of the process of opening bank/EMI accounts;
    • Understanding of compliance and KYC processes;
    • High level of responsibility and flexibility;
    • Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of information;
    • Friendly and punctual personality;
    • Team player;
    • Advanced proficiency in business English, both written and spoken (Advanced).

    Main Responsibilities:

    Search Strategy & Campaign Launch

    • Build and execute a full-funnel paid search strategy across multiple international markets (CZ, ES, MX, and others).
    • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns in Google Ads (Search + UAC), Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
    • Navigate compliance requirements and advertising restrictions in high-risk financial verticals.

    Analytics & Optimization

    A/B Testing & Funnel Improvement

    • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts to quickly implement data-driven optimizations.

    Budget Management

    • Plan and allocate marketing budgets with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and ROMI.
    • Use smart bidding strategies, automation, and scripts to maximize campaign performance.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Media Buying, Affiliate, Retention, and Product teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and LTV.
    • Contribute to funnel scaling, process automation, and overall performance growth.

     

    Professional Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience focused on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Proven track record managing $50K+ monthly budgets.
    • Experience launching and scaling campaigns in international markets (EU, LATAM, Tier 1).
    • Proficiency in analytics tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio / Tableau.
    • Strong analytical mindset, self-starter, business-oriented.
    • Experience with Apple Search Ads and UAC is a plus.
