What you'll do in this role  

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and rapid resolution of cases.
• Plan, schedule, and track deliverables using project management tools like ClickUp.
• Streamline collaboration between international teams.
• Support developers, designers, and QA engineers to keep projects on track and aligned.
• Drive workflow improvements and manage ad-hoc tasks to maintain quality and efficiency.

We're looking for

• Solid experience in managing WordPress projects (knowledge of themes, plugins, modules).
• Understanding of E-commerce flows and development.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables with tools like ClickUp.
• Strong communication skills in English and experience with multicultural teams.
• A proactive approach, ready to jump in with minimal onboarding and adapt to dynamic environments.

How to knock our socks off

• Previous experience working in an Agile setup.
• Swedish language skills as a bonus.
• Proven ability to suggest and implement workflow optimizations.
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.

• Can create a launch strategy from scratch
• Has experience building or scaling online gambling / high-traffic digital products
• Understands traffic (affiliate, media buying, SEO, PPC, influencer, etc.)
• Can work autonomously and make decisions independently
• Ideally has experience assembling a team and picking the right providers
• Is comfortable operating in fast-moving, uncertain startup environments
  
  Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the full strategy
• Select platform, license, game providers, PSPs, CRM, etc.
• Recruit and lead the founding team
• Launch and scale marketing: affiliate, paid media, SEO, influencer, etc.
• Take full ownership of the P&L and growth metrics
• Work directly with founders/investors on key decisions
  
  Your Background:
• Experience in iGaming, betting, affiliate marketing, or similar verticals
• Have launched products, teams, or ventures from scratch
• Deep understanding of GGR, RevShare, CPA models, GEO strategy, etc.
• Strong decision-making, strategic and operational skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
