🚀 Job Opening: CEO/CMO for Startup from Scratch
 

Who We’re Looking For:

A hands-on leader / operator who:

• Knows the iGaming space (online casino, affiliate, traffic, payments, etc.)
• Can create a launch strategy from scratch
• Has experience building or scaling online gambling / high-traffic digital products
• Understands traffic (affiliate, media buying, SEO, PPC, influencer, etc.)
• Can work autonomously and make decisions independently
• Ideally has experience assembling a team and picking the right providers
• Is comfortable operating in fast-moving, uncertain startup environments
  
  Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the full strategy
• Select platform, license, game providers, PSPs, CRM, etc.
• Recruit and lead the founding team
• Launch and scale marketing: affiliate, paid media, SEO, influencer, etc.
• Take full ownership of the P&L and growth metrics
• Work directly with founders/investors on key decisions
  
  Your Background:
• Experience in iGaming, betting, affiliate marketing, or similar verticals
• Have launched products, teams, or ventures from scratch
• Deep understanding of GGR, RevShare, CPA models, GEO strategy, etc.
• Strong decision-making, strategic and operational skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
