We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

Key responsibilities:
- Idea Development: Generate original and engaging game ideas for mobile games of all complexity levels (from hybrid-casual to Casual and Midcore).
- Design: Create gameplay, levels, and mechanics that will inspire players.
- Documentation Creation: Develop detailed game documents, pitches, and presentations describing game and economic systems, game rules, monetization systems, and other important product elements.
- Balancing: Balance the game mechanics, progression systems, and economy.
- Team Interaction: Work collaboratively with developers, artists, and other team members to successfully integrate gameplay and ensure high product quality.
- Analysis and Optimization: Work with analytics systems, identify problems, and propose changes to provide a better gameplay experience.
Our ideal candidate:
- English Language: English level B1 or higher.
- Game Design Experience: Experience working as a Game Designer in mobile games.
- Creativity: Ability to find unconventional and interesting solutions that make our games unique.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the mobile games market and popular mechanics, as well as a desire to implement innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Spreadsheets: Good understanding of mathematics, knowledge of working with Google Spreadsheets, and creating balance sheets.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other team members.
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of methods for analyzing game metrics data, organizing information, and creating reports.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Figma for effective collaboration and visual documentation.
- Knowledge of the Unity game engine.
- Experience conducting A/B testing to optimize game features and mechanics.
- Ability to work independently with analytical systems (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, GameAnalytics).
- Experience in game balancing for midcore games.
- Experience in level design for action-adventure or similar games, as well as narrative design.
