• Knowledge of Snowflake data warehouse concepts and usage
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP HANA
• Migrate existing reports and dashboards to Power BI
• Ensure the proper integration of Power BI dashboards with SAP HANA
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability of reporting solutions
• Support the adoption of Snowflake as the future data platform
• Collaborate with other BI team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

The Job:

• 40% influencer outreach - find and partner with 3-4 home decor micro-influencers/month (1K-10K followers)
• 30% Pinterest - organic content + ads ($600-700/month budget)
• 30% Instagram - content, Stories, Reels

25 hours/week. $700-1000/month. Remote. Growth opportunity: can become full-time within 6-12 months

You Need:

✅ Proven influencer partnerships (show us your list + results)

✅ Pinterest growth experience (25K+ monthly viewers)

✅ Pinterest Ads with ROAS tracking

✅ Strong English writing (American customers)

✅ Portfolio with metrics, not just pretty pictures
