📌 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing & Payments Manager to join our team. 🚀
This role is key to building and scaling our payment infrastructure across Tier-1 GEOs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of PSPs, compliance, and billing systems in the iGaming space.

You will take full ownership of developing and managing the billing department — from negotiating with payment providers to implementing efficient internal processes that ensure seamless transactions and top KPIs.

🛠️ Responsibilities

💳 Search, negotiate, and sign contracts with payment service providers (PSPs) in Tier-1 GEOs
⚙️ Integrate and configure payment systems and gateways within the casino platform
📊 Build processes for monitoring key billing KPIs (PSP Cost, Approve Rates, Withdrawal Time, Hold %, etc.)
📝 Ensure smooth compliance with banks, PSPs, and gateways
📂 Establish and manage documentation workflows and contracts
🔄 Develop and control routing, cascading, and orchestration processes for credit card payments
📈 Create alerting and reporting systems for fast reaction to KPI changes

✅ Requirements

🌍 2+ years of experience in a similar role within online casino/iGaming structures
💳 Strong expertise in working with PSPs: contracts, compliance, risks, red flags
⚙️ Deep understanding of casino billing processes: processing, cascading, routing, orchestration, refunds, chargebacks
📂 Experience in setting up internal billing processes from scratch
🧠 Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of leading the payment function independently
🤝 Strong negotiation skills and an existing network of PSP contacts (Canada, Germany, Greece, Austria, other Tier-1 markets)
🗣️ English — Upper Intermediate (negotiations, contracts, compliance)

Description
Hraymo is a product game development company creating slot games for the global market. We focus on building visually strong and engaging in-game experiences for players worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior 2D Designer who will create in-game visual elements for slot games: logos, pop-ups, symbols, frames, UI elements and other in-game graphics.

The role works within an established visual style and art direction.
This is not a marketing or promo design role — the focus is on in-game production design for slot games.

     Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Graphic Designer / 2D Designer (must in slots or gaming);
• Strong portfolio with examples of in-game UI, slot elements, symbols, pop-ups or game logos;
• Proven experience in creating game logos (must-have);
• Strong understanding of composition, typography and stylized lettering for game logos, numbers and UI elements;
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
• Experience working with production assets (export, optimization, layers, formats);
• Understanding of usability and readability in game interfaces;
• High attention to detail and visual quality;

  Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt in-game visual assets for slot games: logos, symbols, UI panels, pop-ups, counters, frames, buttons and win indicators;
• Improve and refine existing in-game content (polishing, reskins, adaptations);
• Prepare and optimize graphic assets for developers and animators (layers, formats, export, naming);
• Adapt visuals to different themes and styles (seasonal versions, variations, reskins);
• Create supporting promotional materials related to the games (banners, simple promo visuals, marketing assets when required);
• Collaborate closely with Artists, Game Designers and Developers to ensure high-quality in-game implementation;
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all game features and interfaces;

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & Virtualization Engineer to strengthen our team with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud and virtualized infrastructure.

Experience and Skills:
 

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, and other core services.
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and its ecosystem: Hyper-V Manager, Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Failover Clustering, SCOM, MOM, etc.
• Familiarity with Azure Stack / Azure Local solutions.
• A strong grasp of virtualization concepts, including designing, deploying, configuring Hyper-V environments, resource allocation, migrations, and high availability.
• Understanding how to optimize Hyper-V resource management for maximum hardware efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and requirements.
• Confidence in deploying, configuring, and managing virtual machines and cloud resources in Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Site Recovery for VM backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience working with container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes: deploying, managing, and maintaining containerized workloads.
• Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Terraform (others are a plus).
• Ability to write scripts for automating installation, configuration, and operations in both Azure and Hyper-V.
• Understanding of configuration management tools like Ansible for task automation.

• Take part in planning and executing projects based on Hyper-V and Azure.

Automation & Monitoring:

We are looking for an IT Security Analyst with hands-on experience working with IT infrastructure and understanding cybersecurity compliance requirements.

The primary objective of the role is to conduct technical audits of security systems, infrastructure and processes, verify compliance with standards requirements and help departments implement secure practices. 
 

Main responsibilities:
 

• Conducting technical audits of IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud services, access systems);
• Checking compliance with standards and regulatory requirements: ISO 27001,PCI DSS, NIST, internal security policies;
• Analysis of system configurations (Windows/Linux, network devices, IAM);
• Verification of: logging and monitoring, access management, network segmentation, backup, vulnerability management;
• Assessing the security architecture of IT systems;
• Preparing technical audit reports and recommendations;
• Interacting with IT teams to address identified risks;
• Participating in the implementation of security processes.
   

Main requirements:
 

• 4+ years in IT administration;
• 1–2 years in cybersecurity;
• Experience working in a company with formal security compliance requirements.
   

Technical knowledge:

• Windows Server / Linux, VMware;
• Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall);
• Active Directory / IAM;
• Logging and SIEM;
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP would be a plus);
• Basic knowledge of DevOps / containers would be a plus.
