We are building an end-to-end digital ecosystem for insurance market participants. By bringing disparate services together into a single product, we are rethinking core functionality and creating next-generation digital services. You’ll face complex interaction scenarios, work with large volumes of data, and tackle non-trivial problems where product logic meets interface design.

We are looking for an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer who can join research efforts, interface design, and the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools into the team’s day-to-day practice from day one.

PROJECT TERMS

• Duration: 4 months (part-time/full-time contract), with the possibility of extension.
• Workload: 40 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full UX/UI cycle: from initial analytics and scenarios to high-fidelity interactive mockups.
• User research: conducting interviews, usability tests, and custdevs, and turning feedback into concrete product decisions.
• Involvement in product strategy: jointly formulating problems with the Product and Dev teams, and assessing risks and assumptions.
• Developing information architecture: maintaining consistent navigation logic as new modules are integrated.
• AI process optimization: using neural networks to speed up research, prototyping, and routine documentation.
• Design system work: maintaining, evolving, and documenting components.
• Product culture: actively participating in design reviews and exchanging constructive feedback.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• English: conversational B2+ or higher (confidently delivering presentations and defending design decisions and research).
• Solid background in B2B / Enterprise SaaS: complex analytics, dashboards, multi-step forms, and data-dense interfaces.
• Hands-on product research skills (interviews, usability tests), with examples of how the results influenced the final product.
• Ability to justify design decisions in terms of business goals and metrics.
• Experience using AI services in a real workflow and an understanding of their limitations.
• High level of autonomy: able to manage your own priorities, flag risks early, and propose solutions.
• Ability to work under uncertainty and with flexible, shifting priorities.
• Deep proficiency in Figma (variants, auto layout, tokenization, design systems).
• Experience in FinTech, Insurance, or other regulated industries.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in mentoring or running design critiques.
• Knowledge of product analytics (Amplitude or similar) for formulating and validating hypotheses.
• Prototyping with code or AI platforms.
• Experience building scalable information architecture.

QUESTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE WHEN APPLYING

Please include answers to the following questions with your application:

1. Your hourly rate ($/hour).
2. Availability (when you can start, and whether 40 hours/week for 4 months works for you).
3. How much time overlap can you provide with 9am–5pm ET?
4. A short video introduction: please record a brief video in English (1–2 minutes) explaining why you are a good fit for this position, backed by specific examples from your experience.

HOW WE WORK

• A compact team with a high degree of freedom in decision-making.
• A focus not only on releases but also on continuous process improvement.
• Tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Claude, Copilot.

About the project
NC1 builds business systems for companies: we implement AI solutions, automate processes, and deliver web development projects. We’re redesigning our company website and are looking for a designer who will own the visual side from concept to final layouts.

You’ll define the overall visual concept, design the pages, create custom graphics and illustrations, and prepare clean, structured Figma files ready for handoff to a developer. Final copy is still in progress, so you’ll work with placeholder text at the start.

The first page and concept are due by mid-November, followed by weekly progress reviews.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience designing websites, with a portfolio that shows it.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and developer-ready files.
• The ability to work independently: propose solutions, make design decisions, and explain the reasoning behind them.
• Experience designing multilingual or B2B/IT company websites is a plus.
• Brand identity or brand book experience is a big plus. We also need a brand book and would be glad to have one designer handle both.
• Experience with SCRUM methodology is a plus.

What you get

• A project where your design decisions shape the final result, not just pixel-perfect execution of someone else’s vision.
• Fast, direct feedback from the person who approves the work, with no long approval chains.
• An hourly rate, negotiable based on your experience and skills. All working time is paid, including every revision up to the final result.
• Fully remote cooperation via Private entrepreneur, with flexible hours and communication via WhatsApp.
• A chance for further freelance collaboration after the project is completed.

To apply, please send your portfolio, CV, hourly rate, possible start date, and how many hours per week you can dedicate. The process is short: we review your CV and portfolio, have a 30-minute call, and make a decision.

Live Animations is a Ukrainian gamification company. We create and integrate games and gamified mechanics into mobile apps and digital products of major brands.

Our products are used by millions of people. Our partners include Silpo, Sense Bank, Nova Poshta, Uklon, Mastercard, Auchan, Kaufland, and other major Ukrainian and international brands.

We help businesses increase engagement, retention, and interaction frequency through gamification.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a designer who operates at the intersection of two worlds — Product Design and Game UI/UX.

Someone who is equally comfortable designing a clear user flow inside a banking or retail app and creating interfaces for quests, progression, rewards, or the game itself.

This is not a pure Game Artist role, where the main focus is on icons, characters, and game assets. It’s also not a traditional Product Designer role focused primarily on large design systems and standard native flows.

We’re looking for someone in between: a strong UX and product-thinking foundation combined with an understanding of game UI, modern game mechanics, and player motivation.

For us, it’s not enough to simply “design a screen.” You should understand what the user needs to see, what they should do next, and what will make them want to come back.

What You’ll Do

• Design user flows, UX logic, and UI for gamified experiences — from wireframes to final polish.
• Create interfaces for games and meta-game experiences: onboarding, progression, quests, rewards, achievements, leaderboards, and more.
• Design mechanics that integrate naturally into existing mobile apps and digital products.
• Create UI kits, components, game elements, icons, and work with 2D graphics.
• Adapt game UI to a client’s brand guidelines without losing the feeling of a game.
• Think about usability, engagement, motivation, and user behavior — and propose your own solutions rather than simply executing a ready-made brief.
• Work closely with PMs, developers, game designers, and 2D/3D artists, taking your designs through to implementation.

What Matters to Us

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Hands-on experience in gamedev, mobile games, or gamification — mandatory.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both strong UX and strong visual design, rather than focusing on only one of these areas.
• Understanding of mobile UX, game UI, and basic game design / gamification mechanics.
• Strong Figma skills: components, auto layout, prototyping, UI kits.
• Photoshop / Illustrator or other tools for working with 2D graphics.
• A strong sense of composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• The ability to explain and defend your design decisions, work with feedback, and independently explore strong solutions.
• And yes — it’s important that you play games. You don’t need to know every Steam release, but quests, progression, rewards, boosters, and other core game patterns shouldn’t feel like abstract terms to you.

We’ll Be Especially Excited If You

Don’t wait for a detailed brief before you start thinking.

You might get a task as broad as: “We need to motivate users to come back every day.” You can break down the problem, research references, come up with several solutions, and explain why one approach is stronger than the others.

You work like this:

See a problem → analyze it → propose options → explain your reasoning → take the solution through to implementation.

You’re able to say not only “I can design this,” but also “Here’s how I would solve this problem — and here’s why.”

Opportunity to Grow into a Design Lead

Over time, this role may include coordinating the work of other designers.

That’s why it will be a strong plus if you can organize design work, define tasks, provide constructive feedback, and are interested in gradually taking ownership of the overall design direction.

What You’ll Get

• Real products — millions of people will interact with your interfaces through the apps of major brands.
• Unusual challenges — instead of endless standard screens, almost every project brings a new mechanic, brand, and behavioral challenge.
• The intersection of Product Design, Game UI/UX, and Gamification — an opportunity to grow across several strong disciplines at once.
• Impact on the product — we expect designers to participate in finding the right solution, not just execute tasks.
• A strong team and room to grow — PMs, developers, designers, 2D/3D specialists, and an opportunity to gradually move toward a Design Lead role.
• Flexibility — Full Remote or hybrid in Kyiv, 1–2 days per week in the office; 17 paid vacation days per year.
•

If you see yourself in this profile, send us your CV and portfolio.

We’re especially interested in projects where you’ve worked with both product UX and game UI or gamification.

We’d love to meet you and learn more about your work!

Who we are

Vista Auction is an online auction for returned and overstock goods. Items go up for auction in our mobile app, people bid, and winners pick up at our warehouses near Charlotte, North Carolina.

We serve more than 55,000 customers a month, sell over 25,000 items a day, and take more than 7 million bids a month. And we're just getting started!

We run our own warehouses and build our own technology, so everything a customer experiences, from the first bid to the pickup counter, is ours to make better.

The Platform Team

The Platform Team is a group of engineers and product people across the US and Europe that owns the whole Vista Auction platform: the mobile app and website, the auction engine, the warehouse and pickup systems, and the internal tools and AI agents. It is led by our Head of Engineering, who works directly with the founder. An idea can ship and be measured in days.

You will join the team as a product designer, reporting to the Head of Engineering and owning product design across the platform. You set direction with the Head of Engineering and the founder, and you bring the voice of the customer into every product decision.

What You'll Do

• Own design for the mobile app and web app. Discovery, flows, prototypes and final specs for how bidding, winning, paying and pickup work.
• Bring ideas for how auctions should work. Lot pages, bidding mechanics, notifications, scheduling and store credit are all open. Propose changes that move bids, repeat customers and pickup speed.
• Be the voice of the customer. Run usability tests, study behavior in the data, and turn it into journey maps and clear recommendations.
• Work with engineers from the first sketch. Shape requirements, keep designs buildable, and review what ships against what you designed.
• Test and iterate. With tens of thousands of sales a day, a change shows up in the numbers within a week.
• Own the design system. A shared component library for iOS, Android and web that meets WCAG.
• Present your work. Explain design decisions to engineering and leadership, and change them when the evidence says to.

What You'll Bring

Must have:

• A portfolio of end-to-end case studies on shipped products. This is the main thing we screen on.
• 2 to 5 years of product design experience (P2), or 5+ years owning a product area (P3), on consumer mobile and web.
• Figma (or functional equivalent) proficiency.
• Hands-on user research: interviews and usability tests you ran yourself.
• Design system and accessibility (WCAG) experience.
• You write your own briefs and specs and work directly with engineers.

• Fluency with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.

Nice to have:

• Marketplace, e-commerce or auction products.
• Maze or UserTesting; Amplitude, Mixpanel or FullStory.
• Basic HTML/CSS or React, enough to prototype in code.
• Designing AI-assisted features.
• A degree in design or HCI, or equivalent experience.

What we offer

• The whole product is yours to shape. You own how Vista Auction looks and works, end to end, with no committee in the way.
• Real customers, real numbers, fast. More than 25,000 sales a day. Every change you ship is measured within a week, and you have direct access to the data.
• Growth with the team.

We are looking for an experienced, product-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team in optimizing and scaling a leading consumer electronics and retail eCommerce platform.

The platform is built on Magento (Adobe Commerce), featuring an extensive multi-category product catalog, complex technical specifications, faceted filtering, and massive daily mobile traffic.

We need a designer who excels at information architecture, mobile-first responsive UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and building scalable Figma design systems to support our development team.

• Work format: 100% Full-time Remote

• Compensation: $1,500- / month NET

Key Responsibilities

• Catalog & Navigation: Redesign and optimize category pages (PLP), faceted navigation, and advanced filtering systems for high-SKU electronics categories.
• Product Detail Pages (PDP): Create conversion-driven, structured product layouts balancing rich technical specs, warranty options, delivery/pickup modules, and cross-sell blocks.
• Checkout & Cart UX: Audit and streamline the mobile cart and checkout funnels to eliminate friction and boost conversion rates.
• Figma Design System: Maintain, expand, and structure our component library using Auto Layout, Variables, and Design Tokens for clean developer handoff.
• Design QA: Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to review staging builds, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and interaction consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial UI/UX & Product Design experience, with a solid portfolio in eCommerce / Marketplaces / Retail.
• Strong grasp of Information Architecture (IA) and presenting complex technical data clearly on mobile screens.
• Deep proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Component Sets, Prototyping, Dev Mode).
• Solid understanding of CRO principles, UX audits, and user-centric flows.
• Experience or familiarity with enterprise eCommerce platforms (Magento / Adobe Commerce or similar platforms is a major plus).
• English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken) for clear technical communication.

What We Offer

• Long-term, stable, full-time remote engagement.
• Direct collaboration with engineering and technical leadership without corporate bureaucracy.
• Fixed monthly compensation: $1,500 / mo NET.

Application Note

Please include a link to your Portfolio / Figma case studies / live eCommerce links when applying.

We are particularly interested in seeing: eCommerce checkout flows, catalog/filtering UX, and mobile PDP designs.

(Note: Staging links, mockups, and screen recordings will be provided directly during the interview stage).

About

We are building an AI-native SaaS for real estate. The product is a PropTech platform where LLMs and AI agents are not bolted on top - they are the architecture. Owners, operators and guests interact with the AI system through natural language. AI autonomously generates compliance documents, routes staff, answers guest queries from a RAG-indexed knowledge base in real time and orchestrates financial split-payments.

But the product is only half of it.

We are equally an AI-first delivery organization. The way we discover, define and ship is as differentiated as what we ship. Product discovery, specification, design and validation run through a tight loop in which humans operate at the level of intent, structure and judgment, and AI agents do most of the typing. Designs are not throwaway pictures - they feed directly into the machine-readable artifacts our coding and review agents consume.

What you will own & do

AI-First Way of Working

• Daily, deep, native use of AI tools for mockup generation, prototype scaffolding, copy iteration, design exploration, asset generation and design-system upkeep.

• Treat AI tools the way an engineer treats their IDE: opinionated, tuned, integrated into every step of your workflow.

• Co-design, with the Tech Lead and the Business Analyst, the boundary between what you produce by hand and what is generated, transformed or validated by agents.

• Contribute to internal evals from the design side: define what "good" looks like for AI-generated UI and for our user-facing AI experiences.

End-to-End Product Design

• Own the end-to-end product design process: information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes for web and mobile.

• Translate validated product intent and specifications into clear, usable, beautiful screens and flows - working from the Business Analyst's discovery output, not waiting on hand-holding.

• Keep dense, complex functionality usable: dashboards, multi-tenant views, role-based experiences, real-time data and back-office tooling that people actually enjoy using.

• Own the whole flow, not just the screens: frame the problem with the product team, map the user journey, decide what should exist at all - then design it. You are accountable for the outcome of the experience, not for the delivery of mockups.

• Lead with UX over UI: structure, flows, states, edge cases, copy and decision points come first; visual polish follows and serves them.

• Iterate quickly, kill weak concepts early, and ship surfaces you can stand behind.

Working with the Product Team

• Work closely with the product team daily: discovery, planning and prioritisation with the Chief Operating Officer and the Business Analyst. Design is in the room when scope is decided, not briefed afterwards.

• Challenge requirements from the user's side: propose simpler flows, cut what does not need to exist, and push back when a feature does not earn its place.

• Keep the team aligned remotely: clear async write-ups, recorded walkthroughs and decision logs so a distributed team across Ukraine and Dubai never waits on you to explain a design.

Designing AI & Agent-Driven Interfaces

• Design natural-language and agent-driven interfaces: chat surfaces, mixed conversational + structured UIs, agent hand-offs, transparency of AI actions, edit/undo affordances - core to our product, not decoration.

• Design for the failure modes of LLM-driven products: uncertainty, latency, wrong answers, partial actions - so users stay in control and trust the system.

Design System & Handoff to the AI-First Machine

• Establish and maintain a design system together with engineering: components, tokens, patterns and accessibility baselines - consumable by both humans and code-generation agents.

• Structure design artifacts so they map cleanly onto the spec layer and onto the components our coding agents generate - design that survives translation into code.

• Partner with the Business Analyst so screens, specs and acceptance criteria stay in sync; when the design changes, downstream artifacts change with it.

Validation & Usability

• Run usability sessions on prototypes before engineering writes a line of code; de-risk decisions early.

• Participate in discovery from a design and usability angle - sketch concepts live, pressure-test ideas with real owners, operators and guests.

• Own design QA: measure what shipped versus what was designed, and feed learnings into the next iteration.

What we are looking for

Must have

• 4+ years of relevant experience in product design, UX/UI or product/design hybrid roles, with senior-level ownership of end-to-end design.

• A portfolio showing shipped product surfaces - not just Dribbble shots - including work where you shaped the flow and the product decision, not only the screens.

• 0 → 1 builder: worked directly with Heads and/or Founders and Engineering - not joining an already-scaled product org.

• Hands-on UX/UI ability: high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and design-system work.

• Experience designing for AI/LLM-driven products: chat, agents, mixed conversational + structured UIs, AI-assisted workflows - and you understand their failure modes.

• Comfortable with complex B2B / multi-sided product surfaces: dashboards, multi-tenant SaaS, role-based experiences, real-time data, complex back-office tooling.

• Daily, deep, native use of AI tools: mockup generation, prototyping, copywriting, design exploration. You have a real, opinionated workflow built around them and can defend your choices.

• Design-system craft: components, tokens, patterns and accessibility - structured cleanly enough that engineers (and agents) do not have to guess.

• Comfortable working directly with engineering on feasibility and component handoff.

• Experience-first mindset: you talk about users, jobs and outcomes before pixels.

• Strong written and verbal English (B2+); remote-ready in a distributed team (Ukraine + Dubai) with async-friendly communication.

Strong advantage (Nice to have)

• Background in PropTech, hospitality tech, Fintech or multi-sided marketplace platforms.

• Exposure to IoT / smart-home product surfaces, payment flows or compliance/regulatory workflows.

• Experience setting up or significantly improving an AI-assisted design workflow (exploration → mockups → prototype → validation) on a real product.

• Motion / interaction design and prototyping depth for conversational and agentic UIs.

Why this role

You will help build the first AI-native operating system for real estate in Dubai and the AI-first design practice that shapes it. Both are differentiators, both are hard and both are yours to own at the senior level.

• Genuine design ownership - of the product's UX, its design system and the agent-driven interfaces. This is not a "pixel-push the tickets" role.

• Clear growth trajectory - this role evolves into Lead Product Designer and then Head of Design as the team scales.

• Direct access to the CEO and the Chief Operating Officer - short decision loops, no middle management.

• Technically ambitious product surface - AI agents, RAG, IoT, real-time systems, government and regulatory APIs and eventually tokenization infrastructure.

• AI-first by default - you will co-design how a product gets designed and validated inside an AI-first delivery machine.

• Seat at the product table - you shape what gets built, not just how it looks once decided.

• Remote-first across Ukraine, Lviv office opening soon (attendance optional), Dubai HQ (One Central Plaza) as the company base.

Conditions

• Full-time, long-term; contract format agreed individually.

• Remote, anywhere in Ukraine (must be located in Ukraine).

• Please include a link to your portfolio.
