Middle+/Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
• Participate in presales activities and support estimation processes.
• Communicate with international clients during calls and design reviews.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Maintain and iterate on design systems, components, and guidelines.
• Analyze and improve user experience based on feedback and usability testing.
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in an IT company.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• A portfolio showing design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and real outcomes, with reasoning behind design decisions.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken)
• Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Jira
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Mentoring junior designers.
   

Stages of the interview:

• HR-interview (15-30 min)
• Tech-interview (60 min)
• Test task (optional)
