We're looking for someone who will take ownership of the company's operations and become the CEO's right hand.

What you'll be doing

• Auditing current processes across the company and its departments
• Designing, integrating and automating processes for current and new products
• Coordinating department work and the company's operational rhythm
• Monitoring department KPIs, dashboards and regular reporting to leadership
• Managing escalations and resolving problem situations
• Building an accounting and customer service system: SLAs, standards, quality metrics
• Unit economics for directions and initiatives: calculation, control, decisions on scaling or shutting down
• Operational support of the partner network and payment channels
• Implementing and developing operational systems: CRM/ERP, regulations, documentation
• Managing department heads: goals, execution control, involvement in hiring and evaluation
• Cross-functional projects: launching new products, locations and legal entities
• Coordinating with Finance, Legal and Compliance on operational matters

Success criteria
First 3 months: onboarding, monitoring metrics, learning the product and deal economics, launching the accounting system
From month 4: meeting task deadlines, independently closing escalations, client metrics within norms, financial results of managed directions

Requirements

• Experience in operational management of high-risk financial services: exchange services, OTC, payment platforms, P2P, crypto-processing
• Management experience: team of 8–10+, including department heads
• Hands-on involvement in processes, not just oversight via reports
• Understanding of deal economics: margin, costs, cash flow
• Ability to push unpopular decisions through with argumentation

For this role, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own consumer-facing mobile and scheduling products from concept through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for a PM who has built B2C products used by real consumers on a daily basis, has deep familiarity with booking/scheduling/availability logic, and knows how to design transactional flows (booking, payment, cancellation, membership) that feel effortless even when the underlying business rules are complex.

You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end member/user experience across mobile and web surfaces, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship features that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. This includes designing booking and scheduling logic, membership/eligibility rules, multi-location or multi-tenant product behavior, and notification/lifecycle flows. About the Role

JetMonsters IT Holding is looking for an Product Manager / Apps Product Lead with experience in iOS & mobile apps to build and lead the full cycle of testing and launching mobile applications for the US market at the JetApps studio.

This role focuses primarily on iOS subscription-based apps across categories such as tools, utilities, content, and health & fitness.

You will own the entire product lifecycle — from identifying promising app niches and defining MVP strategy to launching, testing, and scaling successful products.

Our customer is a leading European online car marketplace, serving more than 30 million monthly users across 18 countries.

They are launching a company-wide initiative to embed AI and agentic ways of working into Product and User Experience. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Product Manager to help define, pilot and scale an AI-enabled product-development methodology across approximately 100 Product and UX professionals in Europe and Canada.
