    We are hiring a Content Lead to own the quality, direction and performance of everything we publish.

     

    You will set the bar creatively, editorially and strategically, while leading a globally distributed team of creators.

     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Editorial Quality Across All Channels
     

    You will define and enforce the standard for:

    • LinkedIn-first thought leadership and carousels
    • Instagram and short-form visual storytelling
    • YouTube scripts and video narratives
    • X threads and commentary
    • Website, landing pages and long-form editorial
    • Newsletter and educational content

    Every asset must be clear, useful, credible and high-performing. You will ensure that nothing generic or low-value ships.


    2. AI-Native Content Creation
     

    You must be deeply familiar with AI and generative AI tools, not as a trend, but as working instruments.

    You should:

    • Actively use LLMs and generative tools in your own workflow
    • Understand prompt design, iteration and model strengths and limits
    • Know how to combine human creativity with AI acceleration
    • Distinguish between high-quality AI-assisted content and low-effort AI output
    • Guide the team on responsible, high-standard AI usage

    You will help design AI-assisted content systems that increase speed without compromising quality.


    3. Client Content Strategy and Execution
     

    We work with top AI companies to create content and distribution strategies that drive trust and adoption.

    You will:

    • Shape narrative frameworks for enterprise AI brands
    • Turn complex technical products into compelling stories
    • Build multi-channel campaigns that move beyond awareness into engagement
    • Guide clients on positioning, differentiation and credibility
    • Maintain the highest quality bar across all client deliverables

    This requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness and strong executive presence.


    4. Creative Leadership
     

    You must be a world-class creator yourself.

    You should be able to:

    • Write scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts
    • Develop high-performing carousel concepts
    • Script engaging educational videos
    • Translate dense AI topics into simple, powerful narratives
    • Build repeatable content formats that scale

    You will lead from the front. The team learns from your work.


    5. Team Leadership and Systems
     

    You will manage a globally distributed team of writers, designers and video editors.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Setting clear briefs with strong hooks, proof and outcomes
    • Running structured content reviews
    • Implementing a tiered quality control system
    • Building repeatable workflows
    • Coaching creators to improve craft and performance
    • Holding a high standard while maintaining psychological safety

    You must combine creative excellence with operational discipline.

     

    Requirements:
     

    • 5+ years in content, editorial or creative leadership
    • Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a primary distribution engine
    • Proven track record of building high-performing multi-platform content
    • Hands-on experience with AI content creation and generative AI tools

    Responsibilities:

    • Write direct-response ad copy for Meta, Google, ads networks (hooks, variants, angles, CTAs);

    • Support conversion assets: landing pages, store text, promo pages, ad-to-LP messaging consistency;

    • Keep communication aligned across channels: one story, multiple executions;

    • Turn updates into formats that travel: short posts, threads, mini-stories, punchy captions;
    • Support community moments: announcements, patch notes β€œthat people actually read,” event hype;
    • Expand game lore, characters, themes, event stories, and world-building;
    • Write narrative wrappers for events (quests, teasers, artefacts, β€œwhy this matters” in the world);
    • Keep the universe coherent: naming, tone, and canon consistency;
    • Act as the go-to person for design requests: translate needs into strong briefs;
    • Prepare creative briefs: goal, audience, key message, visual references, format specs, CTA, variants;
    • Delegate tasks to the design team and ensure quality + consistency across deliverables;
    • Maintain a lightweight system: templates, naming conventions, asset folders, approvals;
    • Define/maintain the game tone of voice and ensure it’s consistent across channels;
    • Edit and improve copy across the team when needed (polish, structure, clarity, punch);
    • Build a small internal β€œplaybook”: do’s/don’ts, examples, hooks library, CTA library.

     

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years in copywriting / content / creative marketing (gaming is a big plus);
    • A portfolio that shows performance-oriented copy (ads) and brand/storytelling writing;
    • Ability to write clearly in English (native or near-native);
    • Strong instincts for hooks, benefits, emotional triggers, and conversion;
    • Experience working with designers: you can write briefs that reduce back-and-forth and speed up output;
    • Comfortable in a fast iteration environment: multiple variants, quick edits, frequent experiments;
    • Organised: you can manage multiple requests without losing context or quality.

     

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in F2P games, live-ops, events, progression/monetisation loops;
    • Familiarity with Web3 concepts (but you don’t need to be a β€œcrypto person”);
    • Understanding of UA basics: CTR, CPA, ROAS - and how copy influences each step;
    • Experience writing scripts for short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and UGC-style ads;

    • Stepping into the spotlight as the master of ceremonies, guiding online players through the popular card game with flair and finesse, in line with ARRISE company standards

    WHAT WE ASK OF YOU 

    • Working knowledge of English language 
    • Open to a 40-hour work week in a three-shift system (full-time) or a flexible part-time option of 20 or 30 hours per week
