We are looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to own lifecycle communications with a strong focus on email marketing, promo-driven campaigns, and automated trigger flows. This is a hands-on role where you will personally create, format, and build campaigns in SendGrid, Mailchimp, OneSignal, and Firebase — from promo emails and holiday campaigns to activation and reactivation journeys.
