Vinnytsia  Hybrid (3–4 days per month in office)

    Why this role exists:

We are building a product in a small, focused team β€” and we’re looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner who wants to make real impact, not just maintain backlogs.

This role is for someone who:

    β€’ enjoys ownership

β€’ is not afraid of responsibility

β€’ wants to shape a product and a team

β€’ and believes that progress is more important than perfect processes

If you want to influence decisions, push ideas forward, and see the results of your work β€” this role is for you.

    Responsibilities:

β€’ Shape the product vision and priorities

β€’ Turn ideas, problems, and stakeholder inputs into clear product decisions

β€’ Decide what matters most right now and focus the team on it

β€’ Continuously improve the product based on feedback and results

β€’ Drive a small dev team (3 engineers)

β€’ Work closely with a compact team of developers

β€’ Set goals, priorities, and expectations

β€’ Keep momentum high, even when things are unclear

β€’ Remove blockers and push forward when it’s hard

β€’ Be the person who moves things from β€œidea” to β€œdone”

    β€’ Communicate directly with stakeholders

β€’ Understand business needs and translate them into product work

β€’ Align expectations, challenge assumptions, and explain trade-offs

β€’ Be transparent about progress, risks, and decisions

β€’ Own and prioritize the backlog

    β€’ Plan iterations and releases

β€’ Track progress and ensure delivery

β€’ Adapt plans quickly when reality changes

β€’ Improve how the team works without overloading it with process

    Requirements:

β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager in IT

β€’ Experience working closely with developers and understanding how software is built

    β€’ Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum

β€’ Confident user of Jira and Confluence

    β€’ Upper-Intermediate English or higher

β€’ You take ownership and responsibility for results

β€’ You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

β€’ You enjoy building things in a startup-like environment

β€’ You can push forward without waiting for perfect conditions

β€’ You care about outcomes, not just processes

β€’ You want to change and improve things, not just keep them running

    What makes this role exciting:

β€’ Real influence on product and decisions

β€’ Small team, fast feedback, visible impact

    β€’ High autonomy and trust

β€’ Space to grow into a Product Lead role

β€’ Opportunity to build something meaningful from inside

This role is probably NOT for you if:

β€’ You avoid responsibility for results

β€’ You want a large team with well-established processes

β€’ You’re not comfortable with ambiguity

    • A fast-moving, no-BS environment where performance, initiative, and smart experimentation are valued.

    What you’ll do

    • Lead product launches on Amazon from scratch: research β†’ positioning β†’ pre-launch setup β†’ post-launch acceleration.
    • Build and optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and BSR growth β€” including SEO, pricing, reviews, and creative briefs.
    • Analyze Brand Analytics, Helium10, keyword data, competitor gaps β€” and turn insights into high-ROI decisions.
    • Own product strategy: define how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales.
    • Run A/B tests, keyword split-tests, funnel experiments, and scale what works.
    • Collaborate with PPC, design, affiliate teams to align on launch and scaling strategies.
    • Monitor revenue, margin, conversion rates, reviews, return rate β€” and report what drives or blocks growth.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with supply chain and operations β€” from launch stock planning to restocking timelines.

    You’ll be a great fit if you…

    • Have 4+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, ideally in supplements, wellness, or beauty.
    • Have launched and grown 6-figure Amazon products, with proven impact on revenue and ranking.
    • Think in terms of performance metrics, not just β€œimproving listings.”
    • Are comfortable with tools like Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Looker, etc.
    • Understand what sells on Amazon β€” and how to align keywords, price, visuals, reviews into a strong funnel.
    • Have strong commercial sense: you get lifecycle, pricing, bundling, positioning, and what drives LTV.
    • Can structure your work independently, drive your own roadmap, and challenge assumptions with data.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience managing Amazon products from strategy to execution.
    • Strong understanding of conversion levers, SEO and Amazon algorithms.
    • Analytical skills β€” Google Sheets, dashboards (basic SQL or BI tools are a plus).
    • Fluent English β€” content quality matters, and so does understanding your audience.
    • Previous experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage.
    • Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.

    What we offer:

    • Competitive salary in USD (depending on experience) with possible bonuses for reasonable turnover.
    • Paid vacation, public holidays and personal day-offs.
    • Remote work format, flexible schedule and no micromanagement. The main thing is the result.
    • Working with products that are among the top sellers on Amazon USA and EU.
    • A space where initiative and the realization of your own ideas are always welcome.
    • Option to grow into Head of Product or Brand Strategy.

If you think like an owner and move like a strategist β€” send your CV and a few examples of listings or products you’ve launched or managed.
