    You will work on a real product used by recruiters and hiring teams, building features that generate job descriptions, analyze resumes, detect gaps, generate follow up questions, run AI powered pre screen interviews, process voice and text data, and present clear candidate insights to clients.

     

    This is a startup environment with close collaboration with stakeholders. You will discuss tasks not only from a technical perspective, but also from a business and product workflow point of view. Priorities can change, processes are flexible, and there is no strict Scrum or heavy framework.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain full stack product features using JavaScript and TypeScript

    This role is focused on execution, testing, and close collaboration with Sales, rather than high-level brand or campaign management. 

     

     

    For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

    • 1+ year of experience in marketing, lead generation, or outreach
    • Hands-on experience with Email marketing and basic automation tools
    • Confident use of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, filters, outreach workflows)
    • Ability to independently launch and manage LinkedIn & Email campaigns
    • Experience working closely with Sales teams (lead validation, outreach support, campaign coordination)
    • Strong hypothesis-driven approach: testing ideas, analyzing results, iterating
    • English level: Intermediate

     

    Nice to have 💎

    • Experience building or optimizing marketing processes
    • Experience with additional outreach channels or segmentation tools
    • Analytical thinking and willingness to experiment

    Duties & Responsibilities 💼

    • Identifying and validating relevant leads

This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to shape how CRM works in our business.
    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to retain and reactivate players (Email, SMS, Push, On-site, In-app).
    • Segment the player base according to activity, behavior, and lifecycle (RFM analysis, VIP levels, LTV groups).
    • Build automated communication flows (welcome journeys, reactivation, up-sell).
    • Manage the CRM campaign calendar (promotions, tournaments, cashback, seasonal events).
    • Analyze campaign performance (Open rate, CTR, CR, ARPU, ROMI) and prepare reports.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align CRM initiatives.

    Requirements
