Key Responsibilities:

• Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems
• Using AI to improve QA process and speed/quality of testing
• Checking that new features do not contain bugs and are developed according to requirements
• Documenting and reporting discovered bugs to all relevant teams for correction (following up with the appropriate channels when bugs are found - Jira, Scrum meetings, team chats)
• Developing a workflow for product testing, documenting new and existing processes
• Creation test specifications and plans, RTMs, test reports
• Communicating with other departments such as product management and development team to coordinate scheduling for QA testing
• Participate in the communication with users who report issues with the software (clarify steps to reproduce the issue, actual and expected workflows)
• Training and mentoring technicians and other members of the quality assurance team 

• Participating in autotests creation using Python

Requirements:

• Understanding of SDLC 
• Knowledge of test design techniques \
• Understanding of testing types (Functional and Non-functional)
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists etc.)
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• ISTQB certification
