    FlexMade is looking for an Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Specialist to join a long-term project for a U.S.-based digital media company.

    This role is focused on email marketing operations and automation inside Blueshift CDP, including building email flows, working with user segments, personalization logic, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
    It is not a pure HTML email development role — most of the work happens through automation, logic configuration, and low-code tools within the CDP.

    Team & collaboration format

    • The email/automation team currently consists of 4 people (team lead + 3 specialists).
    • Long-term collaboration is expected.

    How the work is structured

    Most day-to-day tasks are performed inside Blueshift CDP, a large platform for email marketing and automation.

    The role includes working with:

    • email sequences and automation flows;
    • user segmentation (e.g., users interested in Health, Money, Universities, etc.);
    • automation logic, including:
      • first email → delay → follow-up;
      • if / else conditions;
      • triggers based on user actions on the website;
      • time-based sends after specific events.

    Low-code & visual configuration

    A significant part of the role involves low-code and visual setup, such as:

    • working with drag-and-drop editors;
    • selecting and configuring existing templates;
    • setting conditions for when specific content blocks are displayed
      (e.g., different images or messages depending on the scenario or segment).

    About templates and technical work

    This role is not about constant manual HTML email coding or working in a code editor all day.

    • Most templates are simple, classic newsletter formats:
      • no complex animations,
      • no parallax or unstable effects.
    • In many cases, templates are configured directly inside the platform using visual tools.
    • HTML / CSS / Liquid are still important, but mainly for:
      • adapting and fine-tuning templates;
      • configuring personalization and dynamic content;
      • fixing bugs;
      • testing and quality control.

    What kind of specialist we are we looking for

    The ideal candidate:

    • feels comfortable working with CDPs and email marketing platforms;
    • can logically and carefully build and maintain email automations;
    • is highly detail-oriented and quality-focused:
      • correct segmentation,
      • relevant content for the right audience,
      • avoiding situations where users receive incorrect or irrelevant emails;
    • communicates proactively, asks clarifying questions, and aligns decisions with stakeholders — rather than executing tasks blindly.

    Communication & English

    • At the beginning, there will be a lot of live communication, including:
      • video calls,
      • discussions around automation logic,
      • joint setup of initial scenarios.
    • Therefore, confident spoken English is required, not just written communication.

    CLUST is a venture builder where successful businesses grow.
    Young entrepreneurs launch and scale projects within our ecosystem, and specialised professionals realise their professional potential. We aim to work with talented entrepreneurs to learn and turn great ideas into profitable businesses.

    Now, we’re looking for a PPC Specialist for a Health&Fitness company — a genuinely strong performer who will own and scale Google Media, strengthen performance efficiency, and help us grow in Tier-1 markets with a clear ROI focus.

    What to expect:
    — Real ownership: you’ll shape how Google Media grows, end to end.
    — Tier-1 focus: US and other priority markets.
    — Startup pace: flat structure, transparency, quick decisions, no red tape.
    — Supportive leadership: we value speed, creativity, and initiative — and give you the trust to act.
    — Strong team around you: you’ll work closely with Growth/UA, Product, Creative, and Analytics.

    What you’ll do:
    — Own Google Media (Display + Demand Gen): build the structure, scale, and optimize toward ROI and growth.
    — Ramp up fast (first 1–2 months): grow sustainably, not through one-time spikes.
    — Support Google Search (light-touch): keep it stable, share insights, stay aligned with the growth strategy.
    — Make scaling easier: improve processes and automation (rules/scripts, feed-based setups, smart bidding, workflows).
    — Think in funnels: look beyond ads into landing flows and conversion steps, and suggest improvements.
    — Turn data into action: spot shifts, find drivers, and translate them into clear next steps (creatives, audiences, bidding, placements, feeds, landing flows).
    — Work with creatives: analyze what’s working (angles, hooks, formats) and run structured tests.
    — Track the market: monitor competitors and trends to find new targeting and messaging angles.
    — Collaborate cross-functionally: align with Growth/UA, Product, Creative, and Analytics to maximize ROI.
    — Help grow TikTok: support or lead initial scaling with ROI discipline and a clear testing approach.

    What we’re looking for:
    — 3+ years in PPC with hands-on ownership of Google Ads.
    Budget ownership: experience managing $50k+/month total spend with ROI-first decisions.
    — Google Search + web funnels: experience with landing flows, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
    Demand Gen/Display: proven scaling from $20k/month+.
    — Creative analysis: you can clearly explain what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next.
    — Automation: practical experience with rules/scripts, feeds, smart bidding strategy, and workflow automation.
    — Strong analytics: you can turn complex performance data into simple, high-impact actions.
    — Ownership + communication: you can explain what’s happening, why, and what we do next.
    — English: B2 or higher.

    Nice to have:
    — Domain experience: Health & Fitness, Education, or MedTech.
    TikTok Ads expertise.

    What we offer:
    — Work from anywhere with a fully remote setup that adapts to your lifestyle.
    — Flexible working hours that align with your most productive rhythm.
    — Basic benefits package, including paid vacation, sick leave, and more.
    — Personal and professional support, with advocacy available when you need a hand.
    — Access to a curated corporate library filled with resources to fuel your continuous learning and development.

    We’re not looking for someone to just “join the team” — we’re looking for someone ready to shape the product, lead meaningful growth, and make an impact from day one.
    If that sounds like you — send over your CV, and let’s talk!

    At Mindojo, we’re developing advanced ed-tech platforms, used by market-leading test-prep courses such as Bloom Prep as well as language learning apps for children.

    On our platform, students engage in a rich, personalized dialogue with our AI private tutor, far surpassing the efficacy of existing resources like textbooks, video or classroom lectures, and various e-learning products.

    As a Senior AI-First Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll design lean development pipelines where AI agents assist in building, testing, and releasing product features. You’ll act as both architect and quality gatekeeper—owning solutions from idea to deployment, ensuring every learner-facing feature meets Mindojo’s high bar for reliability and impact.

    Note: This role is not about developing new AI models—it’s about leveraging existing AI tools (LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, AI-augmented coding workflows) to engineer better products, faster.

    Our culture

    We move fast, prioritising the highest-impact work and discarding anything that does not advance learner outcomes. We operate with wide autonomy and a can-do attitude: if you spot a problem, you fix it. Transparency in plans and results, coupled with personal responsibility for quality and security, underpins every decision.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrable track record of applying LLM-based tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent) in real-world development workflows.
    • Deep software architecture and development experience across the full stack, with expert knowledge in Python, JavaScript.
    • Ability to audit AI-produced code for hidden dependencies, insecure patterns and concurrency edge cases.
    • Cloud infrastructure management experience along with server administration skills.
    • Comfortable leading features through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring.
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Exceptional autodidacticism.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
    • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

    Bonus points for:

    • Start-up experience.
    • Portfolio demonstration – a brief README, blog post or video walkthrough showing an AI-agent workflow you built and the impact it delivered.

    Operations expectations:

    • Availability – be responsive in Slack during core hours (UTC+3 overlap)—we value fast unblockers, not constant pings, and respect deep-focus time.
    • Planning transparency – publish a daily plan in the calendar and an end-of-day progress update.
    • Delivery rhythm – break work into tasks that close or deploy at least weekly.
    • Incident participation – collaborate in real-time when production issues affect learners.

    What you will be doing:

    • Architect and maintain agent pipelines (planning → coding → test/validation).
    • Review AI-generated pull requests for security, performance and edge-case correctness; no tolerance for bad code or slow, error-prone deployments.
    • Automate repetitive engineering and operational tasks as soon as they are recognised.
    • Own solutions end-to-end—from design through deployment to monitoring—without hand-holding or bottlenecks.
    • Run focused experiments to validate product ideas and workflow improvements.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to new challenges across various tasks.

    What you won’t deal with:

    • Endless ticket grooming, rigid specs, or waterfall hand-offs.
    • Bureaucratic status meetings or drawn-out manual deployments.

    What we offer:

    • Competitive compensation package.
    • Stock option plan.
    • Challenging and interesting projects.
    • Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from anywhere.
    • A real chance to play a key part in revolutionizing education worldwide.
