Dublemint is a growing IT company seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team!

Our main project is an online casino platform with its web-based back office (gambling industry). We’re looking for someone who not only tests features, but also thinks critically about product quality, user experience, and long-term maintainability.

βœ… You’re a perfect match if you have:

    • 2+ years of manual QA experience

    • Strong critical thinking skills – you don’t just check if a feature β€œworks”, you assess whether it makes sense for the product and the user. You notice when something looks or feels wrong, even if technically it’s β€œdone”.

    • A sharp eye for detail and ability to evaluate user experience and visual quality (UI/UX) β€” even if you’re not a designer, you can spot misalignment, inconsistencies, or poor usability.

    • Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing

    • Familiarity with Dev Toolserror logs, and basic API testing

    • Ability to identify, document, and clearly communicate issues

    • English level: B1+ – you can clearly describe issues and write structured test cases

πŸ’‘ It’s a plus if you also have:

    • Experience with slot platforms (apps, sites), slot games and gambling mechanics

    • Experience with version control systems (GIT or similar)

    • Knowledge of MySQL or other databases

    • Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes

    • Experience with automated testing tools

    🎯 What you’ll do:

    • Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile apps

    • Assess product quality beyond functionality – ask:
      • Is it user-friendly?

      • Does it meet the modern product and UX standards?

      • Is it visually consistent and polished?

      • Would it make sense to a real user?

    • Collaborate with developers and managers to report not just bugs, but UX concerns, inconsistencies, and usability issues

    • Create and maintain structured test documentation

    • Test across devices and browsers

    • Ensure alignment with designs and business expectations

    • Raise questions and suggest improvements, even outside of strict specs

    🎰 Gambling Platform Testing Scope

    • UI Testing – Validate the visual quality of the website, app, and back office: is everything clean, aligned, modern, and consistent with the overall design language?

    • UX Testing – Assess how intuitive and logical the user journey is β€” from registration and deposits to navigating the platform, managing settings, reports, and withdrawals.

    • Consistency & Integration Testing – Check how new features and changes fit into the existing product β€” visually, functionally, and contextually. Nothing should feel out of place.

    • Cross-Platform & Responsiveness Testing – Ensure smooth performance and proper display across different devices (desktop, mobile browsers, PWA) and screen sizes.

    • Bug Reporting & Critical Review – Identify and log bugs, but also go beyond that β€” spot UX flaws, inconsistencies, or confusing behavior. Be proactive in raising questions and suggesting improvements, even when the feature technically β€œworks.”

    πŸ“Ž Conditions:

    • Remote work with flexible hours

    • Trial rate: $6/hour, rising to $7.5/hour after trial, paid monthly (option for more frequent payments if needed)

    • Minimum 6 productive hours per day, 5 days per week

    • Time tracking via Yaware is mandatory

If you’re not just a checker of tasks, but a guardian of product quality, we’d love to hear from you.

Send your CV and let’s build something great together!

    About Us

We build intelligent platforms that help teams make better decisions in complex environments.

Our core product is an adaptive workspace that analyzes workflows, communication, and performance in real time, turning everyday activity into clear strategic insights.

Instead of dashboards and reports, we provide living systems that learn from how people work and continuously optimize processes behind the scenes.

Our technology is used by fast-growing companies that need clarity, speed, and precision in their operations.

You’ll be part of a small, highly skilled team working directly with leadership to shape a product used at scale.

    What You’ll Be Building

As part of our core engineering team, you will design and scale the internal intelligence layer of the platform.

Your work will directly shape how our system learns, connects to external services, and supports users in real time.

    You will:

    • Architect autonomous AI agents that operate inside our workspace
    • Create data flows between our platform and external services
    • Develop systems that adapt to user behavior and improve over time
    • Turn experimental ideas into stable product features

    Your Day-to-Day Work

You will work across product, engineering, and leadership to bring new capabilities to life.

    Typical responsibilities include:

    • Designing interaction models between users, AI agents, and datasets
    • Building integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, and cloud services
    • Developing automation pipelines and backend services in Python and Node.js
    • Prototyping new features and testing them with real users
    • Monitoring system performance and iterating rapidly

    Technical Environment

Our stack is focused on flexibility and fast experimentation.

    You’ll work with:

    • Python as the primary backend language
    • Node.js / TypeScript for integrations and services
    • Modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others)
    • Retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases
    • Workflow and orchestration platforms
    • REST APIs, webhooks, and distributed services

    What We’re Looking For

We care more about problem-solving ability than rigid backgrounds.

    Ideal candidates typically have:

    • 3+ years of experience building production systems
    • Strong engineering fundamentals
    • Hands-on experience with AI or ML-powered products
    • Confidence working with modern language models
    • Experience connecting multiple SaaS platforms
    • Ability to write clear, maintainable code

    How You Work

    You’ll thrive here if you:

    • Enjoy working with incomplete or evolving requirements
    • Take responsibility for systems end-to-end
    • Balance experimentation with reliability
    • Communicate clearly in English
    • Stay curious and continuously improve your craft

    Growth Path

This role is designed for engineers who want to move beyond feature implementation.

    Over time, you’ll:

    • Shape core platform architecture
    • Define internal development standards
    • Mentor other engineers
    • Lead major product initiatives
    • Grow into technical leadership roles

    The Role

The Head of Risk is a pivotal leadership role responsible for safeguarding Paythex's global operations across multiple jurisdictions, payment channels, and financial ecosystems. You will lead the Risk Team in managing fraud, chargebacks, payment compliance, and operational risk while driving efficiency and revenue optimization through deep data analytics and automation.

This position is ideal for professionals who want to work in real payments  β€” diving into the complexities of multi-MID architectures, cascading logics, acquirer performance, and cross-border risk mitigation.

    Your Future Challenges

    • Optimize payment flows β€” Analyze throughput, test new markets, and fine-tune cascades to improve global conversion rates.
    • Manage acquiring networks β€” Work directly with international banks and PSPs to configure and launch MIDs.
    • Master chargeback mechanicsβ€” Analyze disputes, friendly fraud patterns, and initiate alert/representation services.
    • Automate and innovateβ€” Design processes that enhance payment infrastructure efficiency and transparency.
    • Make an impact β€” Every decision you make can add thousands of dollars to company revenue through better approval ratios and lower fees.

     Your Responsibilities

     1. Risk Management & Governance

    • Design, implement, and oversee Paythex's Risk Management Framework in collaboration with the CRO.
    • Conduct periodic enterprise risk assessments covering operational, financial, legal, and compliance dimensions.
    • Develop internal governance and escalation protocols for emerging risks and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with international financial standards, VASP obligations, and PSP regulations.

    2. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Management

    • Build and maintain advanced fraud detection rules in anti-fraud systems.
    • Manage chargeback alerts (Ethoca, Verifi, etc.) and representation flows with precision.
    • Oversee fraud trend analysis and risk scoring logic to proactively minimize exposure.
    • Collaborate with Data and BI teams to enhance automated alerting, scoring models, and dashboards.

    3. Mastercard & Visa Compliance

    • Ensure full adherence to Mastercard and Visa Compliance policies.
    • Track and report on Fraud-to-Sales and Chargeback-to-Sales ratios to prevent merchant monitoring program violations.
    • Prepare and submit remediation plans if thresholds are exceeded and manage communications with acquirers or card scheme representatives.
    • Collaborate with PSPs and banks to maintain brand reputation compliance, transaction integrity, and descriptor accuracy.
    • Stay current with updates to Mastercard and Visa risk programs β€” proactively adjusting risk rules and merchant configurations.

    4. Payment Optimization

    • Monitor PSP and acquirer performance globally and adjust routing logic to improve approval rates.
    • Collaborate with Finance and Tech teams to reconcile transactional data and verify processing accuracy.
    • Test and integrate new payment methods to expand the company's market coverage.

    5. Leadership & Team Development

    • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of risk and chargeback analysts.
    • Define KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing professional training.
    • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture that emphasizes accountability and growth.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Support to maintain a unified risk strategy.

    6. Reporting & Analytics

    • Develop real-time dashboards with the BI team to visualize approval ratios, alerts, chargebacks, and exposure.
    • Provide regular strategic reports to management outlining key risks, financial impacts, and mitigation progress.

    Qualification Requirements

    • 3+ years  in risk management, fraud prevention, or payments analytics (Fintech experience preferred).
    • Proven expertise in managing multi-PSP / multi-MID  infrastructures and chargeback processes.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills β€” proficiency in Excel, Power BI tools.
    • Familiarity with alert systems (Ethoca, Verifi)  and acquirer monitoring tools.
    • Experience working with international PSPs and card schemes  (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with banks, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
    • Passion for continuous learning and an investigative mindset suited to rapidly evolving fintech landscapes.
    • Ability to thrive in a global team  environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
