The job

You are the engineering lead on the platform, working alongside the CTO every day. Platform architecture, scaling, infrastructure and data are yours. When a query gets slow, when a service will not hold the next order of magnitude, when a feature needs to be designed before it can be built, that is your call to make.
 

This is roughly 70 percent building and 30 percent raising the standard of everyone else's work: reviewing pull requests, setting the code quality bar, unblocking teammates and making decisions that stop being reversible three months later.
 

You own

• Platform architecture and the scaling path, from schema and query performance to infrastructure and cost
• Delivery of the harder platform features end to end, from design through production
• Code quality across the codebase: review standards, testing, what ships and what does not
• Technical decisions made with the CTO, and the ones made on your own when the CTO is not in the room

• Seven or more years building production software, with real time spent on systems that grew past their first architecture

This is a hands-on engineering role combining Machine Learning, LLMs, backend development, and MLOps. At the same time, this is not a research-focused or prompt-engineering role. We need someone with strong engineering skills who can build the backend and internal services around AI capabilities. Experience with APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, authentication/authorization, and writing maintainable production code is important.

We are now expanding our media buying team and looking for a Senior Facebook Media Buyer who can do more than just launch campaigns. We need someone who can independently build acquisition strategies, systematically test and scale winning setups, and understand how traffic quality directly impacts product economics.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook advertising campaigns;
• Generate and test new ad setups, funnels, approaches, GEOs, and hypotheses while keeping track of market trends;
• Analyze campaign performance, work with reporting, and make data-driven decisions;
• Optimize traffic flows to improve profitability and maintain stable ROI across both internal products and external offers;
• Develop acquisition strategies based on GEOs, offers, traffic sources, creative formats, and scaling opportunities;
• Build and optimize creative testing pipelines, develop new angles, and analyze test results;
• Analyze the full acquisition funnel and key business metrics;
• Use AI tools for analytics, research, hypothesis generation, creative development, and automation of routine tasks;
• Work closely with the team to improve overall acquisition performance;
• Share expertise and mentor Junior / Middle Media Buyers.
   

❇️ What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Facebook Media Buyer in iGaming;
• Recent successful cases from the last 3–5 months, with the ability to demonstrate and verify results;
• Consistent controlled daily spend of $2,500–3,000+;
• Proven experience scaling campaigns and managing significant budgets without critical ROI deterioration;
• Strong initiative and the ability to independently identify growth opportunities and launch new hypotheses;
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, traffic acquisition, testing, and optimization principles;
• Experience using AI tools for analytics, research, creative generation, hypothesis development, and workflow automation;
• Strong understanding of key business metrics: FTD, CPA, ROI / ROAS, LTV, retention, payback, and margin;
• Experience building acquisition strategies across GEOs, offers, traffic sources, creative formats, and scaling stages;
• Strong expertise in creative testing, including angle development, testing pipelines, and performance analysis;
• Understanding of the technical acquisition infrastructure: accounts, account farming, agencies, domains, trackers, cloaking, and CAPI;
• Strong understanding of product economics and how traffic quality impacts P&L and long-term profitability;
• Experience mentoring Junior / Middle Media Buyers and willingness to share expertise with the team;
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and structured thinking;
• Ability to quickly adapt acquisition strategies to changes in Meta, the market, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements: 

• Strong spoken and written English—daily direct communication with US customers
• Support, helpdesk, or case management
• Able to triage, troubleshoot, and manage a case queue independently after ramp-up
• Clear technical communication—writes structured bug reports and client-facing responses

Nice-to-have:

• Salesforce experience (Administrator level or strong hands-on admin skills)
• Experience with SaaS or CRM products
• Commercial real estate or real estate domain familiarity

• Triage incoming client requests: categorize, resolve internally, or escalate to the appropriate team
• Manage a typical queue of 20 to 30 active cases while maintaining quality and timely follow-up

• Create clear bug reports and escalation briefs for Product and Dev handoffs
• Maintain cases, tasks, and client records in Dynamics 365
