Salesforce Consultant / Service to Retention (S2R)
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Developer with a strong consulting mindset to join an international project within a large and complex organization.
The role combines hands-on Salesforce expertise with business consulting, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with different teams and stakeholders across the organization to understand service processes and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Practical experience with Email-to-Case, including the ability to configure and set it up independently
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, and automations
- Strong requirements gathering and consulting skills
- Understanding of customer service and support processes
- Salesforce Field Service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Agentforce, APIs, and Apex is a plus
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority
- Experience working in a large or complex organizational environment is a plus
