The Opportunity: Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and take ownership of affiliate partnerships, campaign performance, and business development.
 

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple markets, products, and niches in a company where your ideas and initiatives directly influence growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our affiliate strategy, building processes, and strengthening our partner network globally.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and expand SlotCatalog’s affiliate network by building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Stay up to date with active gambling operators, available offers, and new market trends.
  • Keep the partner database accurate and up to date.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and business opportunities.
  • Set up new affiliate accounts, create and distribute tracking links.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing recommendations to improve results.
  • Test new integrations, placements, and partnership tools.
  • Provide insights into new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential challenges in affiliate operations.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance-based models.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Intermediate level or higher).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and creativity in finding and securing new opportunities.
  • Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to handle complex partner interactions.
  • Initiative, independence, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
