What you will do:

What you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)
• 3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.)
• Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak “Engineering” to the devs and “ROAS” to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa

What you’ll be doing

• Test mobile apps (iOS) and web2app funnels
• Validate checkout flows and payments (end-to-end)
• Test backend APIs (payments, subscriptions, auth)
• Verify core functionality (UI, buttons, user flows)
• Work with webhooks and async processes
• Cover edge cases (failed payments, duplicates, delays, sync issues)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / MLOps Engineer to support an early-stage startup building a machine learning platform on Google Cloud.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for ML workloads, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes (GKE) and Infrastructure as Code (OpenTofu/Terraform).

Required Experience

• 5+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • GCP (production environments)
  • Kubernetes (preferably Google Kubernetes Engine)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or OpenTofu)
• Experience deploying and operating ML workloads in production

You will play a key role at the start of our projects. You will help turn raw client ideas into clear app architecture so our team can estimate the technical work. You will also handle the full design cycle – from early wireframes to the final UI polish before MVP development.

• Architecture & Logic: Dive deep into the client's business ideas, design high-level app architecture, and break down requirements (this is critical for team estimations).
