Unity XR Developer

We're seeking a talented Unity XR Developer to build immersive AR and VR applications for clients in the US and Europe, including VR training simulations, interactive experiences, and mobile augmented reality solutions. If you're experienced with Unity and C# and want to bring immersive products from prototype to release, we'd love to hear from you!
 

Core Competence:
 

• At least 3 years of professional experience in game development or interactive application development, with strong C# and Unity skills.
• Hands-on experience with the XR Interaction Toolkit or a comparable XR framework.
• Experience developing at least one AR or VR project that can be demonstrated through a store link, video, or repository.
• Practical experience optimizing Unity applications for mobile devices or standalone VR headsets.
• Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, and integrating external services into Unity applications.
• Understanding of XR interaction design, performance constraints, and deployment workflows.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience with Meta XR SDK, OpenXR, Apple visionOS, or PolySpatial.
• Knowledge of mobile AR development using AR Foundation, ARKit, or ARCore.
• Experience with multiplayer frameworks such as Netcode for GameObjects, Photon, or Normcore.
• Familiarity with Shader Graph, URP, and 3D asset pipelines using Blender.
• Experience integrating AI, LLM, or speech APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Whisper, or ElevenLabs into Unity applications.
• Upper-intermediate level of English for clear and effective communication with international clients.
