We are expanding our AI practice and are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Consultant who can step into real business contexts, understand how companies operate, and design practical AI Agent–based solutions that automate processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency.

We are looking for a consultant - someone who designs, builds, evaluates, explains, and delivers.

You will work across internal initiatives and client projects, collaborating directly with business stakeholders, department heads, and technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities

AI Agents & Automation

• Design and implement AI agents that act as technical/operational assistants (process execution, monitoring, decision support).
• Translate business problems into practical AI use cases using LLMs, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.

• Build end-to-end automation flows integrating AI agents with enterprise systems.

   

Business & Consulting Work

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and department heads to understand workflows, constraints, and priorities.
• Evaluate client businesses and map current IT and process landscapes.
• Propose realistic AI-driven improvements aligned with business goals, security requirements, and operational constraints.

• Support clients in adopting AI solutions, including explaining how systems work and how teams should interact with them.

   

Technical Design & Security

• Design AI solutions with a strong focus on security, compliance, and data protection, especially for enterprise and regulated environments.
• Work with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines to ensure stable and scalable solutions.

• Make architectural decisions balancing speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

   

Research, R&D & Enablement

• Continuously research new approaches in LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and automation tools.
• Participate in internal R&D initiatives and help shape internal best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and educational activities (internal sessions, client workshops, presentations).

• Support product teams with AI expertise when needed.

   

Pre-Sales & Client Interaction

• Participate in pre-sales activities: technical discovery, solution design, estimations, and presentations.
• Help shape proposals and technical narratives for clients.

• Represent the company in client meetings as a trusted technical and business advisor.

   

Requirements

• Strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or senior technical consulting).
• Practical experience working with LLMs, APIs, and automation systems.
• Hands-on involvement in client-facing roles (consulting, solution delivery, pre-sales).
• Experience evaluating business processes and proposing technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Generative AI & LLMs
  • AI Agents and orchestration concepts
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Business process automation
• Ability to quickly understand how a business operates and turn that understanding into working AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills - able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in environments with rapid change and evolving requirements.
• Curious, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Italian, German, French) are a plus.

   

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent business leadership training preferred.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with large datasets, build and maintain reliable data pipelines, and ensure high data quality for analytics and reporting. You will collaborate closely with analysts and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and up-to-date data solutions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Build and maintain regularly updated data sources in BigQuery
• Optimize data workflows and ETL processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix issues related to data updates and pipelines
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Create and maintain DAGs (Airflow)
• Develop and support dashboards in Power BI

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with BigQuery
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Confident skills in Python
• Experience with data optimization and ETL processes
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Airflow / DAGs
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments
