About the Role
We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who enjoys turning complex FinTech topics into clear, useful content for business and technical audiences.
You'll create blog articles, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and supporting marketing materials using AI tools as part of your daily workflow. Your role isn't simply generating content with AI. It's researching topics, validating information, improving technical accuracy, structuring content, and creating content that performs well in both traditional search engines and AI-powered search.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Research banking, payments, embedded finance, digital wallets, ledger infrastructure, and other FinTech topics.
- Write high-quality blog articles, landing pages, product pages, case studies, comparison articles, and website copy.
- Continuously improve existing content based on SEO audits, Google Search Console insights, keyword opportunities, competitor analysis, and AI search trends.
- Refresh and expand existing content to improve rankings, organic traffic, topical authority, and AI search visibility.
AI-assisted Content Production
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for research, outlining, drafting, editing, and content improvement.
- Write effective prompts to generate high-quality first drafts.
- Fact-check AI-generated content and ensure technical accuracy.
- Rewrite AI drafts into natural, engaging, publication-ready content aligned with the SDK.finance brand voice.
SEO & AI Search Optimisation
- Perform keyword research and search intent analysis.
- Optimise content following SEO best practices.
- Improve internal linking across the website.
- Create content that performs well in Google Search and AI-powered search engines.
- Update metadata, headings, page structure, and content hierarchy.
- Support topical authority and content clustering initiatives.
Outreach & Link Building
- Support link building campaigns to increase the authority and visibility of SDK.finance content.
- Research relevant websites, blogs, media, and industry publications for outreach opportunities.
- Assist with guest posting, content partnerships, and digital PR initiatives.
- Identify backlink opportunities, including unlinked brand mentions.
- Collaborate with the SEO team on off-page SEO activities.
Content Publishing & Performance
- Upload and publish content using WordPress.
- Prepare and optimise visuals for articles using AI and design tools.
- Monitor content performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools.
- Analyse rankings, impressions, clicks, and engagement metrics.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Stay up to date with SEO, AI search, content marketing, and FinTech trends.
Requirements
- Excellent written English (C1 preferred, minimum B2+).
- At least 1 year of experience creating content for B2B technology, SaaS, FinTech, banking, or enterprise software companies.
- Strong research skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and engaging way.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content workflows.
- Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of off-page SEO, outreach, and link building principles.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing about banking, payments, APIs, financial infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Gemini, or other AI-assisted design tools.
- Understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search optimisation.
- Experience with link building, outreach, guest posting, or digital PR campaigns.
- Experience working with product marketing or technical documentation.
