About the Acumatica Program
Sprinterraβs Acumatica Program includes multiple small- to mid-size projects for SMB clients. The work spans:
- Acumatica customizations and integrations
- Ongoing support and maintenance
- Dedicated team extension engagements
Projects are primarily outsourcing-based and run in parallel, requiring structured coordination, strong communication, and close cooperation with the Program Head.
Position Overview
The Acumatica Project Manager will initially support the Head of Acumatica Practice and, after completing onboarding, will take responsibility for managing delivery teams and projects under the Program Headβs guidance. This role focuses on day-to-day project execution, people and resource management, coordination across multiple projects, and continuous improvement of delivery processes in line with the Acumatica account strategy.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience as a Project Manager in software development or ERP projects
- Understands outsourcing, support, and team-extension delivery models
- Is comfortable managing several small to mid-size projects in parallel
- Has strong people-management and coordination skills
- Communicates confidently with clients and technical teams
- Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Is ready to grow into broader responsibility within an Acumatica program

- Tracking progress and dependencies
- Coordinating tasks across team members
- Supporting communication between internal teams and clients
Reporting
- Report directly to the Head of Acumatica Practice
- Provide visibility into project status, risks, and resource needs
- Implement process changes according to account strategy and vision
Required Skills & Experience
- 1β3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management in software development or ERP-related projects
- Experience with people management or team coordination (1:1s, feedback, conflict resolution)
- Proven experience with resource management
