Kennel Connection is a US-based SaaS company serving pet care businesses. We are a product company, not an agency — we own and develop our software in-house and are building a long-term team.

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality across our web application. This is a manual-first role with light automation — you will spend most of your time designing test plans, executing them, and finding issues before our customers do. You will also build and maintain a growing layer of automated regression tests where it makes sense.

You will work directly with developers, product, and support. This is a senior role with real ownership — not a junior tester following someone else's scripts.

🛠️ What You'll Do
• Design and execute test plans for new features and regression cycles
• Catch issues before release — functional, UX, edge cases, data integrity
• Write, organize, and maintain test cases in Azure DevOps
• File clean, reproducible bug reports developers can actually act on
• Build out light test automation (browser-based, API-level) where it pays off
• Use AI tools to work faster — generating test cases, drafting bug reports, exploring edge cases, and writing automation scripts
• Help shape our overall QA process and release workflow
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, and support

🔎 What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of commercial QA experience
• Strong manual testing skills on web applications
• Experience testing ASP.NET / browser-based SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (or similar — Jira, TestRail)
• Some experience writing automated tests (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar — we're not picky about the tool)
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate test case writing, bug reproduction, and automation scripting
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear, written English (B2+) — you will write a lot of bug reports and documentation
• Looking for a stable, long-term role — not a short project

• Background in SaaS for SMB customers
