Responsibilities

- Design and maintain robust, reusable Ruby code for event-driven systems.

- Integrate React-based frontend elements with server-side logic via REST APIs.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system bugs.

Requirements (Must-have)

- 5+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Expertise in Ruby syntax, OOP, and architectural patterns (MVC, Service patterns, ORM).

- Advanced knowledge of RSpec and Sidekiq.

- Experience integrating complex third-party APIs.

- Proficiency with RESTful principles and Mocking.

Responsibilities:

• lead and manage the Support and VIP teams;
• oversee daily operations and team performance;
• build, improve, and maintain support and VIP service processes;
• monitor communication quality and customer satisfaction;
• handle escalated, sensitive, and high-priority cases;
• train, mentor, and develop team members;
