    As our marketing function grows, we’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will help bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to marketing initiatives.

     

    About the Role

    We’re opening a Marketing Project Manager role to support the marketing team with planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels.

    This role is a great fit for a junior or early middle specialist who wants to grow in marketing operations and project management within a product IT company.

    You’ll work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and external contractors to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.

     

    Your Responsibilities

    • Coordinate marketing projects end-to-end (content initiatives, campaigns, launches, website updates, events, etc.)
    • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns
    • Track progress, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple marketing initiatives
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or freelancers
    • Help prioritize marketing tasks based on business goals and urgency
    • Ensure marketing deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards
    • Identify risks, blockers, and propose solutions to keep projects on track
    • Support process improvement, documentation, and better collaboration within the marketing team

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing processes (content, campaigns, branding, product marketing)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Clear communication skills and a structured approach to work
    • English at least Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)
    • Experience with task/project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar) is a plus
    • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow

    The Senior QA Engineer (Data / Python) will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of data-driven solutions.     Required Skills & Qualifications
     

    4–6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

    Strong understanding of data structures, SQL, and database concepts

    Hands-on experience with Data Projects testing - testing data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data warehouses, datalakes houses or analytical solutions.

    Experience validating APIs, microservices, and backend workflows.

    Role Mission

    To support the daily operations of a mission-critical trading platform by ensuring stable incident handling, timely response to alerts, and consistent service quality.

    You will work within an established incident-management framework, handling operational alerts, following documented procedures, supporting platform stability, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes as the team scales.

    Working schedule:
     

    • 5 shifts per week (Mon-Sun) with rotating shifts: morning (6:00 AM–3:00 PM CET) and evening (1:00 PM–10:00 PM CET).

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor system alerts via Slack and Datadog on a regular basis and respond to incidents according to established procedures.
    • Handle inbound calls and requests from platform participants regarding login issues, access problems, and trading interruptions.
    • Follow and execute the incident-management process for high-severity cases, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
    • Escalate incidents and issues to relevant internal teams (technical, operations, commercial) in line with defined escalation paths.
