We are searching for a specialist who is not only able to launch and optimize advertising campaigns, but also understands how to build advertising and lead generation systems from scratch, automate workflows, improve lead generation processes, and use AI tools in real business operations.
 

Responsibilities

• Build and launch Google Ads campaigns from scratch
• Develop advertising structures, funnels, and lead generation systems
• Work with Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and other Google campaign types
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion rates
• Set up and optimize tracking systems (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
• Automate reporting, lead flows, and marketing workflows
• Work with AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing efficiency
